Noisy neighbors in the middle of the night coming and going from the busy bars around. Even though it's said it is a non-smoking area, you still get all the smoke at your balcony.

Excellent food. Options, quality very very nice. The pool area is comfortable and clean. Great ocean view. Bistro service is excellent and access to the beach via elevator is easy and simple. Great place to relax on weekdays and low season.

We fell into a period of strong wind and could not sleep all night; The windows rattled heavily and made sounds both in the corridor and in the room. Poor sound insulation.

No inside bar, it was all outside. All good for hot night's. Steeper hill than normal. But with this I'm being picky.

The hotel location is spot on a hill, it's clean and well decorated, the bed has a gd mattress, lift into the beach area, bit grubby area on the beach, but handy for the walk up that steep hill. Breakfast was hit or miss. No set standard of food items. Location gives you choice of various beaches As both bays face opposite ea other. Posh,or cheap.. Great locat: summer time would be awesome!

Everything is very old, it rather looks like a hospital, not a decent hotel; Dodgy location if you exit the hotel through the elevator and go to the beach to Magaluf direction

How hot the room was when we arrived, towel rail by the sink came off when we pick the towel up. Also the was rubbish under the table when we moved it slightly to the side.

Cleaners going around early enough in morning ,we were woke up most mornings by them cleaning rooms above our below us .

Unfortunately, smoking wasn't allowed on the terrace, nearby the pool, or at the bar (outside). It was only permitted on the balcony or outside of the hotel.

The Hotel is located pretty close to the beach. The beach elevator is, of course, a plus. In the vecinity of the hotel, there are many restaurants and bars. Breakfast was nice, had everything for everyone.

Didn’t know we could get pool towels from reception until the last day and they only had one left between the two of us. People reserved the sunbeds with the best view and didn’t use them. room was directly above the restaurant which was a bit noisy early in the morning.

Great position overlooking the Magalluf bay, beautiful rooms and great breakfast with vast choice. We stayed 2 nights with friends for a bachelorette party, we booked 7 rooms but still we were able to enjoy breakfast together Good services with elevator bringing you to the seaside

Food not good some of the resturant staff rude the no smoking by the pool and outside is crazy having to go down to the beach to smoke is not on and for that reason i wont go back for my next stay

Drinking water was not free. Only the first day you can find two bottles in the fridge but you need to pay for the rest.

We complained about our air conditioning twice to the reception but nothing was done, making sleep very hard over the 2 nights we stayed as the room was boiling hot
