We have no comments on the accommodation. There was nothing we didn't like. Despite the old architecture of the building, there was a very comfortable elevator for the high floors. The outer door of the building is huge and heavy, but this is not a problem.

Down Town is located in the heart of the old town. Cozy and comfortable accommodation with everything you need to feel comfortable. Although it is located close to many shops, restaurants and cafes, the street is absolutely quiet. The COROA team is responsive and accurate.

- although it smells very clean and it was, the towels looked a little strange, old and quite dirty - the smell in the bathroom was awful but I noticed that smell in the restaurants too which are in the city centre - it is a strange condition to stay in this apartment only if you are under 30 and it is written at Read me part in Booking, but it should have been more poped up just to filter the customer and not to end up in weird situations - the staff were very nice, but they contact me with 10-12 hours before leaving to Valencia to tell me the condition with 30 and if we were not to be welcomed, what would have been done? - it should exist a way to warm the apartment. It eas very cold inside after spending a full day outside where the wind is strong. We slept with 2 blankets.

- it is in the city centre, near to Mercato Central and Torres des Seranos - it was very clean - the staff made it possible for us to make the check in a little early than 4pm - despite the fact that it said that a charge should have been taken because we are under 30,they did not charge us extra - the formalities for check in and check out were very easy - very hot water at shower, which is a plus in this weird cold days in Valencia

It is an old building and everything that comes with that could be an issue. Windows are a bit drafty. Not many electrical outlets. We read the reviews before hand and knew what to expect.

Staff were very responsive to any concern. Location is exceptional. We were there during Las Fallas and had a prime view of one of the figures right below our window.

Great location, exactly in the city center. It was easy to find, simple check in and out, staff is helpful. The flat is simple, but good, perfect for a long weekend. We got what we thought. Good value for money.

I have a strange story at the beginning of my booking that made me really stressed. When the money for the booking was already withdrawn, I received a message that each of the guests had to be over 30 years old to check-in. I was truly shocked by this requirement and I was nervous that I don't have a place to stay in the city. At that moment, I really regretted that I chose this option. Then I contacted Booking and asked them if the requirement for this age is legal. Because children are also allowed here, but people from 18 to 30 are not, it's strange. Booking Support told me that I can cancel my booking for free but nothing about the legality of the requirement. I decided to ask the staff from this Apartment and after some time they answered that I can check-in and they put this requirement in order to avoid parties. I had some doubts but decided to risk and to come, and yes, I didn't have any problems to check-in. But the nerves spent on this situation cannot be returned Also, they requested my passport twice. I think it's my funniest story with booking.

I liked everything about the apartment, it's great. I think it's very comfortable for long stays because you can have everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed is comfortable, there was a blanket and additional pillows. I also liked the design of the apartment, it's bright and stylish. There are a lot of windows with a view of the cozy Spanish street.

Sewer smell. Loud talks of locals for the sleeping room window. Request to send ID's by unsecured email, before incheck.

Nice location in the historic center. Full equiped. Suitable for a week stay of a couple. Bus 72 from Estaçio de Nord passes the front every 15 minutes.

Cleanliness could've been better and not sleeping because of the neighbours "night activity" was a pity.

Complete apartment in the middle of the city centre. Feels homey and has all you need.

Position of this apartment is very good,all hystoric sites are 5 to 10 min walk from apartment.Plenty restaurants around. Apartment 3c was clean and tidy. Elevator going to 3rd floor.

Very cold in the studio in november, noise in the bedroom from the street, especially in the weekend days, you can hear people, cars, garbage truck, hard if you are a light sleeper.

The location is very good - near to the center friendly staff - All questions like transfer, keys, place to eat were solved room size - to separate rooms (kitchen/sofa + bedroom), Appliances: coffee machine, microwave, teapot, plates etc

- This 2-bedroom apartment is much smaller than what described (not 70 m2 but max. 45m2). - The check-in procedure is bothersome. The staff didn't want to send check-in information until the day of arrival at 13.00, not even 1 day before as promised, which we found absurd! We had to call, insist and make pressure and finally info arrived at around noon. No need to leave customers nervous and unable to organize themselves until the last minute like this. - Unstated rule: Pay attention that guests must be at least 30 yrs old. Not written in House rules but private message privatelt sent 1 day before - too late to make a free cancellation.

As we knew well, if we want to stay downtown, it means that we have taken a risk of noise at night. I think this is not a disadvantage in comparison to the advantages.

The apartment is located downtown and is very close to the-tourtic hotpoints as well as the Estation the Nord station (1 km). If you want to see the art and Science museum, you can use the bus but we preferred to walk to see the city viewing. Also, you can easily go to the beaches by bus, absolutely I recommended.

No working fan in the bathroom and one of the rooms had only a window on the stairwell.

DownTown is in the hearth of Ciudad Vella, near to bar, restaurants and monuments, a very good position for visitors and tourists, who can enjoy the lively atmosphere of the sorroundings. The apartment has all the essential things, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. We did not use the conditioning but it was there.
