The hotel itself is nice, our room in particular was a little dated, the furniture in the "premium double with pool view" rooms look like they have been there for 10yrs plus. Our room 226 had a few loose tiles in the shower. Literally, the tiles would lift and float around your feet when you shower. Rooms could definitely do with an updating. Basic, but it has what you need. Very small balcony Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pastries, cereal, some hot food (eggs,bacon, etc) buffet style.

Location is 10/10. As soon as you leave the reception (take a left), you are 20 seconds to the main strip and 1 minute walk to music Square, take a right as you leave the reception you are on the waterfront, marina with bars are restaurants and the local (covey/rocky) beaches. The location is fantastic for the ferry to Lanzarote Check-in was quick and easy. The pool was nice and quiet, although it fills up quickly with the more mature crowd. Wifi is great, shower pressure is great, accommodation staff very nice and rooms cleaned daily( or whenever you leave the "clean room" sign out) Beach/pool towel hire at reception is so handy, instead of buying cheap ones and leaving them behind after your trip. 10€ deposit. The pool was warm and clean. It was not really the best atmosphere poolside as it was a little for the mature crowd, but it was still nice for a dip after a day of exploring Coralejo. Location is the best thing about this property 😃

The pool area is small and cramped when busy. The pictures for brochures need to be updated as they all show two pools but there is only one pool in this complex. There is no background music in the pool area so you are able to hear other peoples conversations etc... The complex is not suited to families with young children to teens as there is no entertainment for them. Shuttle buses can't drop you off at the door due to pedestrianised streets outside the hotel. The balcony in the room was small, it has a table and two chairs but if both chairs were in use it'd be impossible to move on the balcony. There is no provision made to dry clothes. The hotel needs refurbishment as it's showing signs of age and use, lots of room doors along the corridors are damaged

As always the sunbeds are taken up with towels we didnt use the pools so close to beach.and just the stairs in the apartment are bit steep and narrow to access the roof terrace

We had no balcony as booked offered move 2 days into holiday but other apartment had minimal hanging for clothes and loud drilling noise nearby. Wi fi poor in apartment.

All good - though apartment (sofa, kitchenette) is getting old it was perfectly adequate.

Only thing missing was a toaster. We stayed in January and air conditioning wasn't very cold, think I would struggle to stay here in the hotter months.

Bed exceptionally comfy, balcony was nice and had a nice view of the street. Location is great. Didn't try the food but the drinks were nice and reasonably priced, barman was very friendly and made our stay.

WiFi is 'iffy' in apartments furthest from reception, and is accessible without pass code, so maybe is abused from non-residents?

Fabulous, well-equipped apartments complex, spotlessly clean and well maintained, wonderfully located in centre of town and next to beach, but not overly noisy. Stayed in mid-February, temperatures just perfect for us as we are not 'heat-monkeys' but still wanted some sun. Be back? Definitely.

Our apartment was 154 and comfortable. The only thing was outside on the balcony we had a steel fire escape blocking part of the view and we had no privacy when there were workers going up and down.We had requested that our apartment and our friends apartment be close together but we were allocated apartments some distance apart.

We went for breakfast the first morning. There was three of us but we could not get a table to seat three. Selection of food was ok. Not much space between tables.

While the food in the restaurant (we only had breakfast) was varied and fresh, it was not of the quality I would expect of a four-star hotel. I would book room only next time.

Excellent location near the harbour, shops and restaurants. Beautiful area. Hotel was comfortable and scrupulously clean, with well-maintained grounds. Staff were very helpful and efficient; a couple of problems we had were dealt with and solved right away. A very relaxing stay.
