Problematic shower and loud system in bathroom

The curtains in my room weren't quite big enough for the huge windows! As such, it was lighter than I'd have liked in the morning.

The room was comfortable and spacious and the location was wonderful. Check in was simple and the keyless system is handy (just save the code in your phone).

Lift was not working. Curtains in the room were very shabby. Room was rather small.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a great stay.

Everything. Great spacious room. Very light. Great huge bed. Good water power in shower. Nice to have a refrig. Illari, at desk was unbelievably helpful. Such good English. Great to have an Indian resturant right next door. No more than a 10 min walk to Guggenheim and the tram which goes from the bus station to the Guggenheim stop and on to other sights you'll want to visit. Perfection... and I'm a very experienced traveler!

Very comfortable hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Very handy for the Guggenheim. Bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel and it’s a pleasant walk from the Seven Streets area of Bilbao.

I knew I was getting a room that overlooked the courtyard, but did not realize there was nothing in the courtyard. Also the windows in the room were very small and were fitted with privacy glass. Not a big issue for us, bit it could be for others.

Great location to the Guggenheim museum. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. Out in a common area there were snacks, coffee and tea, and comfortable chairs for relaxing. The frig in the room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Young staff on the desk were great and enthusiastic.

It’s a basic room only. We didn’t try the TV as only there for 1 night before taking ferry.

There was noise from the bathroom water pump. You can hear people noise in the corridor.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond during my stay and I’m very grateful. The room that I stayed in (and the hotel itself) seemed very luxe and well-sized. All the usual amenities were provided.

Was very good, I wouldnt call it a boutique hotel though. Very noisy building but that is to be expected in the center.

Picked for location, airport bus stops at the front door. Was very good, the filtered water and the mini fridge were a nice touch, thanks. Furniture very stylish but bit worn but bed is comfy.

The water pump would make a loud noise, but that's minor. The rest was perfect.

The room we got was very big, with loads of windows overlooking the street that kept the noise out, so we had a good night's sleep despite being by the road. The bed was very big and comfortable. The A/C had the heating option, so it kept us warm as the temperature dropped outside to 5 degrees at night. The bathroom was big with a good rain shower and toiletries provided. There was also a coffee/tea station with some biscuits provided too. The WiFi was good. Centrally located and the area felt safe. Plus the bus stop for the bus to the airport was just across the street and we were allowed to leave our bags for a few hours after we did the check out.

The area itself is quieter than other parts of Vitoria, but it was worth the stay.

I felt the room was hot, wanted to put air conditioning on to have some fresh air but they said that in winter the AC is off so doesn’t work

Great room, spacious , big comfortable bed, loved that there was 2 chairs, space for clothes and luggage, bathroom had good mirror plus a small mirror to make up and you could take it out of the bathroom if the other person wanted to shower. Free water bottle in the room, biscuits, milk, tea coffe, and in the lounge also free water to refill, mini muffins, coffee machine. Staff was nice, room was ready at 14

Lighting fixture next to the bed was a little loose and had some trouble keeping it upright. Very minor though.

Fantastic location and great double glazing. Stayed on a weekend during carnival and couldn't hear any street noise at night with the windows closed. Staff were very friendly and considerate.
