We were surprised the bedroom doesnt have any door and since its next to bathroom and entrance its not ok, if one us waking up earlier, also you can hear the noise from car from living room. So we would recommend to put at least sliding door. Also the mattress seriously needs to be changed, the springs in mattress hurting your back so bad. Such a pitty the rooftop is closed - why have a stairs to rooftop if its closed, would pay even double if it would be open :)

In the property description it says there is a terrace but there was no access to it. We didn’t like the wind whistling through the gap around the front door (fortunately we had earplugs so it didn’t stop us sleeping). We also think an oven in the kitchen would be better rather than a washing machine.

We stayed in apartment 2B. It was clean, comfortable, bright and modern and very reasonably priced. There was a nice balcony off the bedroom where you got the sun from about midday to 5pm. It’s very close to a supermarket, the harbour and lots of good restaurants.

It was a wonderful appartment and I would definitely book it again. I liked the balcony a lot and the rooms were very bright. The internet was working fantastic and I could do my work. The location is very central and it was super quiet. Very clean and when I had questions, the owner responded directly.

Lovely modern apartment with good facilities. We stayed in the studio but I think there is an apartment on the floor above us which I would stay in next time as it has a roof terrace. Really comfortable place to stay and the shower was really powerful. Everything was a short walk away and it was nice & quiet at night.

It would be nice if there would be some more cooking stuff available like oil, salt and pepper.. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the neighbors which isn't a big problem but in my case they came home very late and were a bit noisy. Otherwise this is a perfect studio, very good hosts and a wonderful location!

Very clean and Nice studio. Parking spots in front of the door and very close to the supermarket, surfrental and restaurants. Nice view, good beds and very nice shower. El Cotillo is a very nice town and is perfect for surfing and being off grid for a bit. Better than busy Corralejo.

Great little apartment in a quiet part of the village. Enjoyed being able to sit out on the small terrace at the back. Contact with the owner was excellent, responding immediately.

No washing up liquid or sponge / cloth to do washing up. A small detail but that meant we had to leave washing up for cleaners.

Incredibly clean and comfortable flat close to Bus Stop, Supermarket, Restaurants and beaches. Welcoming bottle of wine was very much appreciated.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Super clean apartment, very spacious and cosy. The place was very modernly and tastefully furnished. Nice and comfy bed, very good shower and well equipped kitchen. Location is great, 3 min walk to the closest supermarket, 5 min to the seafront where most restaurants are. On street parking always available in front of the building. I absolutely recommend it and I would definitely come back again.

Communication with the hosts was super easy and they always responded within minutes. Wi-Fi was working stable all the time and more than fast enough to work. Apartment looked exactly like on the pictures and was very clean. Everything you need is already there. We even got a set of fresh towels after asking the hosts. free parking was available every time in front of the apartment.

If you wanna find a negative point I would be, that the location is on to outer edge of El Cotillo, which I didn't mind because I was looking for something quiet. Its still close to everything and just a short walk away from the supermarket. The building itself (the ground floor) is not finished yet, so there is a bit of a construction vibe, also the surrounding area, which I didn't mind either. The stairs in the apartment are leading to a roof top but its not open (yet?). I am guessing its still under construction, too.

The apartment is freshly renovated and really comfortable. I really liked the view out of the living room window. The interior is nice and the communication with the owner was super easy and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

overal the apartment was clean but there were a lot of hairs of previous stays. The shower will not stay hot for over 5 mins. there is a fan but no airco for some this might not be enough. The windows can open but be aware of cockroaches trying to get in at night.

The stairwell pictures could be misunderstood as the stairwell was closed for finishing work. The second floor is not accessible. I would have liked more transparency here.
