Location is very good. Room and bathroom are small, but sufficient for a single person. It is a modest place, but it is clean and comfortable, appropriate for its price.

The room doesn't have heating system, so in winter it might get a little bit cold. The walls are thin, so you might hear people walking on the corridor or talking in the next room, but since the hotel is small I think this is not a big issue.

Location is close to downtown and the old building of the university, and 15-minute walk from the train station. The room is not big, but has enough space. The hotel has a small lift, which is good if you have big luggages. The hot water in the toilet is very good. After check out I could leave my luggage at the hotel while I went for lunch, this was very kind and practical.

None of the three members of staff that we saw spoke any English making it difficult to ask for details about how the breakfast voucher system worked or for information about Alacala de Henares. A simple information sheet in Spanish, English and French with details about the breakfast vouchers, where to get them, what they entitle you to, and where to use them would be very helpful. The bed itself had a mattress that was too soft with a bolster that was too hard.

The room was very clean, as was the hotel itself, and of a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. As the hotel is down a cul-de-sac it was quiet even during the busy parts of the day. Situated within a 5 minute walk of the historic centre of Alcala, slightly less to the bus-stop for the #824 bus for the airport and less than 10 minutes to the railway station, the overall location is very good.

The room was quite small but adequate. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from both the train station and the historic center.

At the reception no one spoke a word of English so I did not receive any instructions on the rules, breakfast timing, check out. the receptionists barely greeted me when I greeted them upon arrival or leaving so tbh at first I did not really feel safe or welcome. The breakfast was actually not like any usual breakfast, it was very limited and offered at a separate location. on the rooms door there was many weird rules such as do not wash ur clothes in the room which i found very bizarre, like seriously if I am staying for a week of work, why couldn’t i wash my clothes in the bathroom? There was also many strange rules that felt strange to me based on the fact that I booked for 5 nights and I had the right to reside there and use the utilities.

The hotel was close to the center or where my work was located so it was nice to have fast access to everything.

The room was a bit small. The hotel was noisy, both with other guests crashing about and coming in at all hours, and from outside, with builders on a nearby project and cars on the road .
