The shower door was half missing. Quite a major thing.

Sound isolation isn’t great (a problem only when people return to the hotel during night).

The design of the hotel was great, the pool area super nice and comfortable, the cooked breakfast was very nice, rooftop bar and events happening there were very nice.

Bit of a walk to get to the centre, the rooftop bar closed a bit earlier than expected, but these are not reason enough not to book here. It’s fabulous!

it’s a beautiful hotel, and has incredible decor. The staff are all wonderful. The atmosphere is great. We came at the end of May and it was so peaceful. The pool is great, the sun loungers are so comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Other guests would put loud music on in their rooms and open the doors during the day so the ambience around the pool was lost. The lovely latin background music was drowned out entirely which was a real shame. Breakfast could have been served a little later. The rooftop bar is heaven and the cuban/salsa nights up there were amazing. It would be nice to be able to sit up there during the day and maybe each evening too with the same gorgeous music as poolside.

The cuban theme of the hotel was gorgeous, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The nights on the rooftop were amazing. The music around the pool during the day was so nice - chilled latin tunes...

The breakfast at the little havana, considered expensive for what it was. Expected more for the price.

You hear the neighbours and if they cook you smell their food. If you're hungry at night there's not much options around apart from walking 15' to the city.

The staff is very nice, the Cuban design/concept is very well done, the rooftop bar is really cool for sunset. Very good value for money!

Not a dislike but there’s not much near the hotel so if you’re looking for something near where things are going on then probably not for you. However, if you want to be away from things then this is perfect location

Room - Lack of bedside drawer space. Small bedside table with no drawer.

POOL area - lovely outside decor & layout. It felt exclusive. The sun beds were very comfortable and area was very clean. ROOM - Our room was tastefully decorated. The Bed Mattress is of a high standard. Very comfortable. It was a joy to have my bed made everyday too and have fresh towels. The cleaning services for the room were outstanding.

The Couch was a bit to hard. And the Door had a big gap between the Floor and the door.

We loved it. The Smeg Fridge and the Marschall Speakers were amazing. The couch was a bit to hard to sleep on and the door was a bit higher than it should be, so we could hear everything in the corridor. But all in all we loved it. Thanks

The breakfast was substandard and did not mean my expectations. Full English was slight and sausage was poor quality. There was a mini buffet style which constantly in need of topping up and poor quality.

The hotel was something different from the norm... great decor and the smell was lush! Great music around the pool and comfy day beds. Great chilled vibe!

Most incredible hotel, such a vibe! The smell throughout the hotel is incredible, the staff were so so lovely and helpful - we genuinely couldn't have asked for more! So many wonderful parts of the hotel to see and create moments at, with the added bonus of also visiting their sister hotels which also have vibes out of this world. Thank you so much for making a birthday trip for a mum and daughter so special!

The whole hotel is incredibly beautiful. The pool, the bar, the terrace, even the corridors, all pretty! During our stay the staff took a good care of us. Everyone was friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. Our room was big and comfortable, well designed and clean too. Definitely coming back!

The air-con in our room was broken for the duration of our stay. The maintenance team tried to fix it right away but sadly weren’t able to and there were no spare rooms. We received some complimentary drinks vouchers and fortunately the fan above the bed was just about enough to keep us cool!

Hotel was beautiful! Rooms were really nice, with very comfortable beds! Appliances in the room such as Smeg Fridge and Marshall speakers really added to how nice the hotel is!
