Lovely clean hotel.

I really like that most of the hotels have policy about towels on the floor. However, it wouldn't hurt to change them after 3-4 days even if they are not at the floor. Btw, the floors were washed with extremely smelly sanitiser.. The conditioner was really loud and the last night we experienced the false fire alarm. But the most disappointing for the hotel with 4 stars was breakfasts. Thanks for changing fruit plates to have a variety every day but no vegetables. A big bowl with smashed tomatoes and that's all! I had to buy and bring my own veggies to be able to eat something healthier.

The best thing about the hotel is the size of the room. I've paid extra to get a sea view but mountain view wouldn't dissapoint either. The stuff was very friendly and the bed was really comfy. A bathtub was also a big plus. But I'm afraid that's all the good, as there were more things not to like.

Beautiful property with amazing pool area tucked up to hills near the property. 5 mins from the beach. Incredible lunch and dinner buffet.

but the downsides for me, sadly, turned out to be more 1. Bad communication and problem solving after booking and before arrival. I’ve been contacting booking customer service more than twice to get clear answer and push them to solve the problem. 2. Payment. If you choose pay later(flexible option) be ready that they send you link outside of booking (property policy) and charge 2% more from total which is quite a large amount. In my case it was around £65 3. Hotel wi-fi is complete rubbish. Be ready to pay for internet packages 4. Poor menu options. We had breakfast and dinners. breakfast is always the same and very few options and scrambled eggs are just not edible. Dinners better but depending on the day. Always dirty plates, glasses and cups

1. The biggest advantage is location of course. Around 3-5 mins walk from the beach. 2. Daily room service, clean rooms 3. Friendly stuff always ready to help

I arrived late in the evening Staff on duty. Very helpful and welcoming. Lovely big bedroom Huge jacuzzi bath. Huge bathroom. Nice bar area with helpful staff Parking on site. I only stayed overnight but very comfortable

Shabby dirty room , poor performance of the reception. Reception furnished us with wrong information so we missed breakfast what actually spoiled our day.

There is nothing negative that I can say.

Room was modern, large and clean. Bathroom was excellent. Room service everyday. Beautiful view of mountains and sea. Close to beach. Bus stop outside hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Plenty of hot and cold buffet. Staff were helpful at reception, restaurant and room service. I would highly recommend this hotel for value and quality.

It would be nice of Hotel arranges pick-up and Drop to the customers from Cullera Renfe Train station rather than asking them to travel by Public transport Bus which is scheduled every one hour .

when we arrived at around 21 there was a queue of 5 families waiting to check in with our family with 2 small kids and only 1 person at the reception so we had to wait 15 minute for the room cards.. the swimming pool was cold and on the windy terrace in the wholy end around the corner with a robot inside cleaning the water with a pack of cigarettes inside after 10 am. there was no kids zone to play. The zone of games consisted only of 2 ping-pong tables and it was closed - you needed to go at the reception and ask them to open it for you. The dining area was on the -1 in front of the parking.

Couldn't shut bathroom door. Door to balcony was broken. Shower was faulty. Staff levels was poor e.g no one at the bar when needed. Lack of information given at check ie.g WiFi code, breakfast info and no details on line or in room to inform us. Overall not 4 star in our opinion.

Very disappointed with this hotel, check in was smooth and quick but that is where the good service ended, at the bar you have to ring a bell for service and despite several rings we waited 15 minutes for service at 8 pm, we then went to explore the evening dinner buffet, the noise coming from the dining room was deafening as there was a school trip of about 50 children doing what kids do!! We were offered a table at the other end of the dining room which made no difference to the noise, the food was obviously child friendly, pizza squares, spaghetti, chicken nuggets, nothing an adult would choose, we had to leave and find a restaurant for dinner, breakfast time was the same noise level and the minute food was put out it was the children who got to it first! I used the in room safe for my jewellery but on the second night we were unable to open it (battery error) so husband went to reception they said they would alert maintenance, half an hour later still no one came so I went to reception and they tried to tell me someone would come to fix it MAÑANA!! my jewellery and our cards/car keys were all inside so I insisted then resolved the situation especially as we could not use the dining room for dinner, a few minutes later one of the girls on the reception decided to come to override the battery 🤦🏼‍♀️(2 young inexperienced girls on the desk) Nothing like a 4star in our opinion, the towels were older and greyer than we are and as hard as nails! Problems with hot water in our room, but part refund of cost paid in advance given. Room large as was bathroom, comfortable bed. As with other hotels we have stayed in this part of Spain, interior suffered from echo, with voices and people walking noisy, especially during night. Food ok, but not a great choice in basement dining room, which was noisy.

A truck (TLX transporte y logística) was blocking the parking exit and the driver didn’t really care much about it. Had to wait 10’ even after I called it out to the reception desk.

The WiFi connection kept breaking resulting in no connection at all. Even though the hotel was supposed to be non-smoking, people did smoke in their room which made the corridor stink, the smell got in my own room, which caused great discomfort. I reported it twice to the front desk which did nothing
