Power was out for almost 24 hrs. This was not our hotel's fault but some kind of compensation should have been given. No water to shower after 2 days of travel for us.

No tea / coffee facilities in the room Very poor WiFi. Sometimes nothing at all even though they advertise WiFi. Smoking area one floor down which came through our open door at night.

It was very well located, good access to La Rambla. The room was a good size. Cleaned daily. The staff were always available and very helpful.

Pretty tired already - rooms need renovation.

Perfect location - extremely convenient both for exploring the iconic La Rambla and Gothic quarter as well as to get to any point of the city you wish by public transport. Staff was great and very helpful.

Facilities were clean but in need of updating. Breakfast and coffee are not available and the vending machines were not working. However, there is a nice café close by to get breakfast pastries and coffee.

Location was excellent. Just off La Rambla and within a 15 min walk to the Christopher Columbus Statue in one direction and the Plaza to catch either Hop On/Off bus routes in the other. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed.

Needs a refresh - not dirty but bathrooms need renovating, look very old, grouting starting to fall apart and seals on shower are old and a bit grubby.

The hotel was in an excellent location a bit noisy at night but we were right in the middle of all the action so not really an issue. Staff were very helpful, the room was very clean & spacious. Enjoyed our stay

The shower screen didn’t close and the bathroom was wet post every shower.

Great location near the gothic quarter and old town. Right near the metro which made it really easy to get around. The two male staff were warm welcoming and friendly. They gave directions and recommendations which were spot on.

The property was a little tired, worn couches, dingy towels. They did not have breakfast. Also, toilet paper had to go in the waste basket.

Carlos at the front desk was like having our personal guide for Barcelona. He was so helpful with all the information we needed for our short stay. The location was just steps from Las Ramblas promenade and the subway stop. Our room was quiet and spacious with a nice terrace. The room was clean with a good coffee maker and fridge in the room.

Lack of refrigerator, we asked for king size bed room, which was not available, they promised for the second night a king size top mattress which was not provided, they just put a king size sheet.

Although it is acceptable that the room is small but the bed was not comfortable for 2 persons. A renovation would be suitable for the room.

Good location, really close to La Rambla and the metro station however is was not noisy. Staff was really friendly.
