Excellent welcome, staff and facilities. Breakfast is exceptional. Cleaners are REALLY good!

beautiful old house, very well looked after. we had our own private roof terrace which was great. The breakfast service was both delicious and you could choose whatever you wanted, everything was freshly made. The lady who served the breakfast was super friendly and accommodating. The room was also spotlessly cleaned daily.

This boutique hotel is absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed everything about it. The room was beyond our expectations, well equipped and super comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location could not be any better.

The room was very big but could get quite noisy as the laundry is just behind the room. Location is truly excellent cannot beat it very near San Sebastian beach and close to all shops. Nieves and the owner were absolutely charming and accommodating.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with a very nice human touch. The room was very tastefully furnished and we had a huge terrace that was fantastic to chill out at night.

Couldn't turn the TV on (I am tech knowledgeable). There is no dirking water and no one to ask for it. THE PICTURES ON BOOKING ARE VERY DESEVING, Imagine that when booking I was looking at the booking website and narrow my search down and was between this place and a 5 star hotel, overall a disaster experience.
Comfortable bed, the girl who make the breakfast is fantastic and the location is great!

We loved the authentic Spanish decor. The rooms were lovely; spacious and comfy. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for beaches, restaurants, shops, museums. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
