All very good. Small problem with the language.

The situation of the hotel was lovely. The town is amazing. Good facilities and the restaurant was very good. The lift was a bonus .

The town has several places to eat and drink but on mondays and tuesdays they are ALL closed?! This was mid june so check this out before booking. On arrival we were told that this hotels restsurant was closed too?! There was a supermarket down the road so it looked like a DIY meal for us. The manager took pity and offered us some salad, bread, meats and cheeses so we had this. So, yes he was helpful, but I think customers should be aware of this before booking....the town was like a ghost town so not the best stopover for us. Think there was a lack of staff during our stay. The manager did everything including breakfast, checkout, coffees . A shame really because this could be a great hotel...

Hotel was good. Manager and newly appointes receptionist were friendly. Room comfy and clean. Comfy bed. Good secure parking for our motorbike. We parked by door to reception..but undercover parking available too. Breakfast average. Bathroom good too. And aircon.

We arrived by motorcycle. Very small wardrobe, silly hotel hangers meant unable to hang riding clothes to dry, also no control of heating, room small for two adults with luggage, helmets etc

The toilet in the room was constantly re-filling and it made a lot of noise. Had to close the bathroom door in order to get some silence and in order to sleep. This needs to be fixed a.s.a.p.

The room was so clean and comfortable with lots of space and good air-con. The pool was great and we liked sitting under the trees at the bar. The restaurant was so friendly, great with the kids and the food was lovely.

Service felt different each day. Sometimes very good other days more on the average/poor side. One day we couldn't find anyone to help at tbe front desk..

Super big suite room, in general good for the value, however don't expect more than what you are paying for.

Apart from the excellent location, the Hotel's facilities were all first class, with very helpful staff, a very enjoyable break.

Cafeteria and dining room have the exact same 25+ euro multi course offering which defeats the purpose of having a cafeteria. this was never made clear. We had to walk back into town where we had just come from in order to have a small meal at the cafeteria.

Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told that there wouldn't be any breakfast, lunch or dinner on the second day. Had dinner on the 1st night and wished we hadn't. Overpriced and poor quality.

I asked for a gluten and lactose free breakfast. During luch there was no problem, the even had bread. At breakfast there was nothing! Not even a egg or slice of bread. I could only eat fruit and ham ( with no bread)

UNLESS you're a vegetarian, in which case eat elsewhere( I am my husband is not so I feel I can comment positively on the quality and presentation of the evening meals).Given the outward appearance of the hotel our room was very disappointing.Small,dingy and drab.

An impressive hotel in extensive ground, with easy access to the front and rear from all roads leading to Rubielos. Plenty of parking and a fuel station close by. Pool /jacuzzi accessible through underground walkway directly from the main hotel. Outside bar and garden terrace. Extensive buffet breakfast and evening meals were of good quality UNLESS (see what didn't you like). We were travelling as a couple but it seemed the hotel was very family friendly but that is just an impression.

The bed mattress is too hard, the toilet paper is rough

The facilities are unbelievable. Jacuzzi, hot tub, heater pool, garden, paddle tennis, gym, sauna.... They also had gluten free options for breakfast, which was fantastic. The manager Roberto was very kind and accommodating. This is the 5th time we stayed in this cute hotel, and we will for sure come back.

Price/quality performance very bad. We paid 99€ for a small room for which a reasonable price would have been 50€, being Semana Santa, at most 60€

The only thing that wasn’t spot on was that the internet could be a little slow. Other than that there was nothing about the hotel that we didn’t like.

The hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and immaculately clean All the rooms were serviced every day. The pool was warm and we used it every day. All of the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. There was an excellent breakfast every day and the dinner menu was good and also very good. The restaurant was light and airy and the tables beautifully laid. The hotel is in an easy location for exploring the area and for a very easy stroll in to the village where there were other nice bars and restaurants.
