Didn’t bother me but it could be noisy during the night since it is close to restaurants. No Lift, which is expected but just in case you didn’t know.

Cleanliness, Location and Staff was great. Supe convenient, so close from everything particularly from La Catedral, you do not want to walk for much long after finishing El Camino. Super cute coffee Shop downstairs.

I hadn't realised it was above a bar so the noise was a bit intrusive.

The rooms appeared to be quite cold (the temperature was not to be regulated over 18 degrees). Some basic furniture like a rack for clothes was missing.

Very nice and helpful staff, excellent location, rooms are small but nice.

They were doing some work next door, and it started very early in the morning. Impossible to sleep in.

It was very close to all amenities in Santiago.

The food was great. The staff was very welcoming. It was a great place to stay after walking the full Camino Frances.

Be aware that the building has thin walls (as all the buildings down towns) - may being your ear plus.

The in-house Coffe Place / Bar serves classic Spanish breakfast at a good price and the portions are generous. Staff friendly and helpful!

Brilliant location. Fewer than 5 minutes from the Cathedral and cafés, restaurants and park. The price for a city centre place is great value.

A little noisy at night as the property is in a very popular area with cafes/restaurants nearby. Spaniards stay out late!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to have a cafe in the bottom of the pension for cafe con leche. Staff a 10, Nuria helped us book an early morning taxi to the airport.

The rooms are too small for a family with kids. Besides the beds and a small bench, there was no room for other furniture. Adding luggage, the room became really cramped. The matresses could also be more comfortable. They tended to lean to the side that you lay on, which gives that sense of falling from the bed.

The location is perfect, it's not right in the middle of the main historical streets, but just one street off and it already makes a difference in terms of noise and crowds around. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately they were doing construction on the building next door at the time of our stay which was a bit noisy but not to the fault of the accomodation. Could do with a fan or something as does get quite warm in summer
