Sound proofing was not great & noise from rooms on the same floor was a little intrusive, particularly doors banging shut late at night.

Staff were friendly & helpful, I arrived early and was able to check in early. Room was clean & comfortable. Location was good for walking to many of the tourist attractions.

Not a big problem but we seemed to be rationed to a small sachet of shower gel and one of shampoo each day (having very little hair this was less of a problem for me as I was able to make the shampoo go further).

Bearing in mind the very cheap price, the room was comfortable, a bit more spacious than I thought, had a tv (although I didn't watch it), clean and in a good state of repair. Although breakfast wasn't included in the price, the small bar did a decent (if basic) breakfast of toast (2 slices) with a variety of toppings and coffee for 2.50 euros. Location was good, although about 2-3km from the old town and bridge the walk was direct down Avenida De Madrid and on the direct bus route. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area at a reasonable price with good Spanish and International food and supermarkets/shops too. also near taxi rank. Staff spoke Spanish clearly enough for me to be able to understand and converse and were helpful when I asked about things (like early breakfast, busses and taxis).

The toilet bowl wasn't cleaned very well, could still smell urine around it. There were also some hair on the floor which indicates that the floor in the room was not so well vacuumed.

- I could check in few hours before the allocated time slot. - Not much noise coming from the street downstairs. - Window shatters helped with blocking all the light from outside at night.

As a drawback, I missed some more plugs in the room ( there was only one and broken, to be able to plug my laptop and charge our phones,( we had to use the plug from the bathroom).

Well-located and easy to access from the train station Zaragoza-Delicias, it takes 15 minutes to get there on foot, with a good quality price, and about 25 minute walk from the historic center; It's a public transport stop nearby, also possibility for parking on the street,( it's a little bit difficult to park during the weekend), many coffee shops and restaurants surrounding the area. We had a spacious room, with a bathroom, air conditioning, and wifi also including a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff was kind and friendly. If I have to stay in Zaragoza again, I will definitely choose this hotel again, (for the price)

Lack of hairdryer. Minimal free cosmetics were given (a single 7 ml packet of shampoo and hair conditioner, and a little less soap).

Good value for money. The hotel is close to the train station (Delicias) and features a 24/7 bar serving breakfast/snacks and drinks whenever necessary.

Noisy neighbourhood but the windows can isolate enough

Friendly and helpfull staff, reception open 24h. Room and bathroom are clean. Perfect shower. Comfy bed and big enough closet. Air conditioned room. Hotel has cafeteria inside with usefull foods and drinks. Lots of bus stops and good restaurants nearby

I stayed here couple of times and with the time..facilities are deteriorating and needs more maintenance as the pipes, because in my last stay was the first time I noticed a bad smell coming from the toilet.

Location is great and you can find just below the road lots of bars/restaurants which is convenient if you want to eat/drink something in a late night as the bar in the hotel closes at 10pm. Your room can be cleaned everyday as soon as you place the badge to let them know. They provide clean towels after this which is great. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed during my birthday and one of the girls noticed on my reservation so when I came downstairs she congratulated with a big hug. For sure she went an extra mile with this ! Thank you Hotel Delicias.

The light above my bed didn't work the plug socket by my bed wouldn't take my plug but the one in the bathroom did, so had to charge my mobile in the bathroom The plug in the bathroom was starting to come away, from the tiles which could be dangerous, photo attached The receptionists didn't speak much English so I didn't think much chance of getting it fixed while I was there.

Some of the pipes and drains can be noisy. No hot drink facilities.

Basic hotel at a good rate but no thrills. There is a café downstairs and lots of bars just outside. A (crowded) bus ride away frkm the centre. Shower good.
