Friendly staff who smile! Spa, jacuzzi and swimming pools. Really spacious bedroom and bathroom. Huge selection for breakfast. Ideally placed for Benidorm Palace. Hotel parking available.

We had ants in our room, witch it was on the 2nd floor. we also had to pay for our car park, inside the hotel, it was told it cost 10€/ day, but we payed 120€/10 days. When I booked the hotel, they didn’t have all inclusive, just full board, and we had to pay every time we take water on lunch and dinner. And finally, we did not asked for any beer and water in the room, they put it in the fridge, of course we drink it and when we checked out, we had to pay for them.

The activities for the kids, the staff from the kitchen it was kind, Maria from the play area.

nothing within the hotel. on the last night of my stay there was a large party of guests which made a considerable noise until 4.00am

room was large with a superb bathroom and large outside terrace. Every facility on hand. as there were only 2 floors there was always a lift available - no waiting as often happens in multi story hotels

It is our second time at this hotel, everything was fantastic. The team is friendly and helpful, we loved the swimming pools, food is great and the waiters are competent and very nice. The activities for children are great and the animators very sweet and engaging. Without a doubt, we will come back.

So peaceful. Loved the plants everywhere. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking on main road and bus stop right outside the hotel. Have booked to stay again.

We booked this hotel for it's close proximity to the Benidorm Palace and were more than happy with our choice. Our twin bedded room was spacious, spotless and very well appointed. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We'd definitely stay there again.

The children and their was many had their entertainment at night this was OK but they were allowed to run riot for the rest of the evening spoiling the adults entertainment the lounge became a children's playground, this was not the fault of the hotel but the fault of the children's parents who so long as the children didn't spoil their evening didn't care about anyone else, the same wonderful people also allowed their children to maul the food in the restaurant at meal times which I found very unhygienic.

Although the food was fine the restaurant is a bit like a canteen. We were there on Christmas Eve and could not fault the effort the staff put into the buffett food. Do not expect a refined restaurant.

This is a really nice hotel. It's a good walk to the beach which suited us fine as we like a daily walk. You then have the advantage of being away from noisy bars. There is great parking at the hotel. It's a great place to stay if your visiting the Benidorm Palace. The room was very nice with a large balcony.

As people still feel the need to "book" with a towel a sunbed for the whole day even if they are not using it for most of the time it would be great to have more grass / shady areas in the pool zone.

Buffet hall could be noisy due to number of guests. But this is being really picky

Evening shows could be better. For the class of the hotel it's nothing special in the evening. No kettle in the room.

Location is great. Away from the city. Peaceful and quiet.
