WiFi is so bad you have to sit on top of the router to get a signal Bed very creaky when you move about in bed Would benefit from a shower screen instead of a curtain as the shower is on the small side and sticks to you when you move around I the shower Couple of broken plug sockets

Very central apartment grate links to sightseeing in walking distance Clean and had what you needed for a stay Had a small issue on the second day where the gas bottle ran out but called the office and with in an hour they brought a full one so all good overall a nice place to stay just Needs the minor issues sorting out

Beds were somewhat creaky. Some lights didn't work.

Good spacious apartment in the heart of Valencia, yet on a very quiet street, lots of shopping options for food and non-food around, 3 minutes walking distance to Colon subway station, 5 minutes walking from Ajuntament. Pretty straightforward and easy communication regarding the keys and overall rules.

When I arrived after a long travel, the toilet didn't work and the owner said that we had to wait until Monday, although he had a different properties. Strange, that they don't chack if such think as toilet works. After short discussion the owner stoped picking up our phones. there was no offer of any compensation.

During the booking the staff took weeks to respond to my enquiry. The toilet seat was broken from the beginning and most of my stay. They had to come a couple of times to fix it, one of those visits was without a warning and when I needed to get ready. The apartment is quite cold in winter and not proper heating. There are no curtains in most of the windows, and the apartment was just opposite to the kitchen offices, I had to close all window blinds for when I was getting ready. Even the handsoap smelt funny (bad). The shower head and holder were quite rusty and loose. There was no much space for my stuff either on the toilet or the kitchen. And the bed was on wheels and very unstable. The apartment is kind of on an alley, with very little natural light, a bit noisy from the work it was going on near it, no elevator and with the narrowest stairs I've ever seen on a building... And the balcony was full of cleaning stuff and definitely not a balcony to come out and enjoy it. Overall it had quite a few details that, as little as they are, could make a huge difference. Everything is on the details!

The location is great. It's quite in the city centre near to everything. The style of the apartment is quite charming too. It had a fair WiFi connection and plenty of storage in the room.

It was very expensive CHF 150.00 per nigh, which is way over priced. It is advertised as an Hotel but it is not an hotel. The outside of the building is ugly and does not feel safe. The overall quality of the apartment is run down with dirty walls.

The staff answered my questions via the booking application. The general location is good.
