Only one small thing. We put the maid service card on the door but when we got back it was still there and the towels weren’t changed. BUT I message the lovely lady and they were at our door in less than 5 mins with a change of towels and toiletries. We might have put the card on the door a bit late and returned too early but I was very please with the service we received.

Its location was perfect for us close to all the restaurants and only a 10min walk to a beautiful beach. The service is great you are not waiting long to receive help with queries. It is very close to bars and restaurants but still quiet at night.

No cleaning for the week we were there. Had to ring up to get fresh towels . The original ones were threadbare and worn out. Sheets in bed were clean but again had holes and were worn out. The bathroom had no curtain over the window so using the toilet or shower you could be seen if anyone looked up. Also the bathroom door didn't shut properly or lock so again privacy wasn't an option.This place could be so much more if owners spent some money on it.

There seemed to be a shortage of staff one person on desk trying to cope with a lot of people

Looks different from outside the apartment was ideal for a family clean with every thing you would need very well situated for shops and entertainment and beach

On our arrival the host almost seemed surprised to see us it was a latish arrival she must have been aware,, a group of 15 , 5 rooms of 3 people , she sent 2 groups to the sme room when we questioned this she said we had 4 room then she phoned some one and another room was readied

great service. our flight was delayed and the left out the keys to the rooms in a secure way and gave us the code for access. we arrived at the hotel at 12.30 am

The location was very central the check in process was fast the rooms were spacious and clean exactly what we wanted for a short stay to meet friends

Proprietor thought were leaving 24 hrs earlier than we booked for. We were locked out of our room until we were able to persuade the Owners that they had made a mistake. We had our booking confirmation as evidence.

Unable to use the pool as tiles broken on bottom unable to notify staff as unable to locate any, could be doing with air condition or supply fans

The staff don't speak English or Spanish. Our room key card didn't work one night & we were locked out for the entire night. No one answered the hotel phone or any messages. No apology was offered until we argued for a refund on check-out. Staff should be available 24 hours a day, either at the front desk or over the phone. Booking.com tried to help at the time, but have not provided any follow up. This is definitely an issue that needs to be improved on.

The apartments are large and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pool area is nice as well. The location is ideal and close to the beach, plus all the bars/restaurants on Cabo Roig 'strip'.

Language barrier initially. Lack of sun beds around pool and disappointed bar/ cafe wasn’t opening. Location of property near to restaurants out weighed that situation.
