The matresses on the child beds were a little bit ferm, but I assume that is about preferences, so no necessary a bad point. The desert selections could have been better in some days.

Emailed the hotel about a week before asking if they did shuttle service from airport and recieved a reply the day after we got home saying they didnt! Not very good customer service

Lovely and clean large hotel. Nice pool area and good breakfast included which was very good. About a 20 min walk to the Port. Nice rooms and very comfy bed. There are 2 family pools and a very small adult pool which I think could be made bigger. Just off the main road from shops and restaurants.

The gym was pretty basic. There were a lot of different desserts every day, but I didn't enjoy them - I would prefer fewer but tastier. Any drinks are paid on dinner - I would appreciate at least water and maybe tee for free.

Full size 25m indoor pool was just amazing. Food was tasty and with a great variety. Location was also great for me - both quiet and within walking distance both to sea and to Cala Ratjada Harbor.

The scrambled eggs and poor orange juice at breakfast.

We liked it all - location, comfort, great pool area and spa. The food was good quality at breakfast and evening meal, loads of choice. We especially liked the fact that Mallorcan dishes, like frito mallorquin was on the menu.

Beds have wheels that can not be fixed, the whole bed moved everytime you turned. Outdoor pool was cold at the end of October, it would be nice if it was heated.

The bed had two legs with wheels which couldn't be completely fixed which meant that the bed moved slightly when one turned around in it. Also I laid awake one morning because a tour bus came to pick up guests at 5 a.m. and did not switch off the motor for half an hour.

The breakfast buffet had a huge assortment and I loved being able to swim in the inside swimming pool every morning.

Pool area was very lovely, lots of space with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. Breakfast had a lot of variety and generally all food was tasty. Very clean hotel, no dirt in sight. Hotel is done to a very high standard and the decor is lovely. Brilliant location in Cala Ratjada; quick walk to the beautiful Cala Agulla beach and about a 10 minute walk to the port where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Close to bus stop to travel to other beaches. About a 2 min walk from the hotel entrance there is more restaurants and a SPAR.

Actually I can't think about anything in particular to improve. Maybe the TV service in the rooms, but I don't think people with travel here to watch TV.

Breakfast was good with many choices, salted and sweet. We appreciated it a lot!

The room wasn’t as clean as it’s supposed to be. We found used contact lenses on the counter and used eyelashes in the closet. The towels weren’t replaced.

The hotel looks very nice. The swimming pool area is great for relaxing or grabbing a drink. There is a variety of foods during breakfast. Everything was tasty. The beach is close by.

The fitness room could do with some more weights as well as items such as skipping ropes, resistance bands.

Great value for money - breakfast was great the pool area was beautiful with 2 pools (for families and adults only). The hotel offered daily activities like hiking, water aerobics, mini golf, yoga and pilates. The rooms (and hotel) were super clean and beds comfortable.

Liked the breakfast. You have a really big choice of different food. The employees in the restaurant, at the bar & reception, all of them were always polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty! I loved the shower! 😄 Thank you for having a great stay! I wish I wouldn't have to leave today.

It's full of old German guests. It does not feel like to be in Spain. Everyone including hotel staff speaks either Spanish or German. Non German people, please rethink about booking in this hotel.

Housekeeping service very low. One small soap piece for 12 days stay for 2 persons. One mini bottle of shampoo and shower gel, no replenished. Staff could be more polite. It was no attention to the guests needs. We were sent by housekeeping staff to the supermarket to buy ear picks. 3 star service, definitely not 4 stars. Cigarettes smoke smell was coming from the balcony from the neighboring rooms and from the swimming pool area. No privacy on the balcony. Free coffee and tea available only during the breakfast. No free water in the room and during the dinner. Was asking one of the waiter during the dinner for salt and pepper - He send me to the buffet to find it. After this stay we went to the 3 stars hotel, and we had free water available in the room, one small gift, welcome letter, and large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Some staff doesn't speak English or Spanish (only German).

Good food, wide choice. Kitchen chefs polite and responsive. Two pools, and territory.
