Just a few recommendations, a water kettle would be a great addition, as well as a coffee machine and an extra garbage bin in the room since there was only one small one in the bathroom. unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Great location we stayed in the cozy room embajador in a deluxe double room with balcony in the second floor which was accessible with a lift. The room was spacious with lovely interior very clean with a large countertop in the bathroom. The bad was very comfortable and quite big. It was great value for the money.

We wasted two hours trying to find the reception we caught a cab they couldn’t find it we walked and got lost is such a shame as the room was perfect

It looked a little bit like a kinky room where people from the strip club downstairs would come up to do business, but besides that it was a comfy bed and just good for the night we needed it for.

It’s next to an exotic dance club which was unexpected…. however there was no noise or trouble so on the whole it was more of a talking point than an issue

Room was very small and could of done with coffee, tea making facilities. Lift was a bit unpredictable which was a bit worrying as didn't want to get stuck in it.

The hotel was in a great area, very central, rooms were clean and warm.Had comfortable bed. It was quiet. It was good for a short stay.

We paid for a late check out but no one told us that the key would stop working after 12 so we had to call the reception so someone could open the door for us.

The bed and pillow were very comfy. Very well located in the old town.

The location is excellent, very close to the center and to all the transportation, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The room was fully renovated, absolutely clean, we were only lacking home slippers. The stuff is super friendly and overall perfect stay for its price!

Quite complicated that you have to check in at a different location first, when that wasn’t communicated prior to arrival. It was a 15min walk. Also the building and rooms were quite outdated and also not very clean. The airconditioner didn’t function well either

The check in was at another building (but we already know that/ difficult with the suitcases). The breakfast really poor, and you couldn’t communicate if you didn’t know Spanish. The bedroom so small, we hadn’t space for suitcases. The bed was taught (like an open sofa with irons between us).

The location was centrally. You could go to your room to change clothes or if you forgot something. Easy access. There was elevator.

The rooms are located in the city centre which is very comfortable to go around the city.

The reception is not in the same building as the hotel, but about 10 minutes walk. Not so nice to walk with big trolleys. The cleaning was sufficient, the first day the feeling was ok, some spot on the floor but nothing major. What has been really annoying, I left a used towel on the floor, to find it hanged in the afternoon rather than replaced. I can't possibly think to dry myself with something that has been on the (not so clean) floor. Shower was partially broken, and the soap supplied was not enough so I had to buy my own. Breakfast will be served from 9 in the morning, I had to leave every day at 7.30, it would have been nice to have something available earlier.

The location was great, nearby the main square. Reception was super nice, they shown understanding of the problematics and reacted quickly. I could see they had some struggle in English, however a friendly receptionist could talk perfectly in Italian and helped me out with my enquiries.
