Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was excellent, although it might prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. We really appreciated the buffet breakfast and the outdoor space to relax in.

One minor inconvenience— not the fault of the hotel— is there is a bit of road construction going on between the hotel and the Cathedral. It was be over soon, I’m sure.

Perfectly located in Segovia for the Alcazar, Plaza Mayor, Cathedral, and a comfortable walk to the Aqueduct through a perfect part of town. Beautiful hotel. Great service. Will return.

Grab rails to assist and provide security when using shower over bath. Not all clients are young and fit!

Hotel recently renovated to a high standard. Gave everything you would expect. Short walk to the Plaza Major and the Alcazar. In house garage was reasonably priced and accessible though was difficult to find due to road closures for works by the Ayuntamiento. Not a fault of the hotel who provided details of alternative route. Thankfully a local group of workers assisted by leading me through the maze of streets. An example of the generous nature of the locals. When they dig up the roads forget the sat-nav.

Roadworks in road to front of hotel meant we had to navigate to garage not the hotel, the road name of which didn’t appear in Google Maps or Garmin but Waze got us there! Email about this with road name by road name directions came after latest cancellation time and would be difficult to follow as many road names are not visible from the junctions

Perfect location very close to the castle. Lovely room, artwork, attached parking and access to garden with castle view from our room directly.

Lovely place with very nice rooms and balcony with a view. 2 minutes down walking to the Alcazar, 5 minutes walking up to the town center. The hotel has a private and comfortable parking. Breakfast is nice, not much vegetables but its not different from other hotels.

Centrally located with garage parking(reservation needed 17euro) very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and modern, rooms are large with large bathroom, this is an excellent hotel and would highly recommend to anybody staying in Segovia Breakfast was well laid out and plentiful

I can’t think of anything. Because it’s several levels, go look around to make sure you’re not missing a world class breakfast, a cocktail at night, the garden for fun and views.

The property is a first class property. Gorgeous. Maintained. Great helpful staff. The location is A+ for the plaza, cathedral, and castle. A 10 minute walk to the aqueduct. Great room. Unreal value for a single.

The WiFi was very poor. I wanted to stream Eurosport and had to give up as signal strength was fluctuating and mostly not strong enough.

A nightmare to find as the street the hotel was located was closed for repair. They did, the day before, send me instructions to locate the garage at the rear of the hotel but I had trouble with these. Hotel extremely well located and close to all of the popular attractions.. The room was very clean and the bed - 2 x singles pushed together was extremely comfortable. All in all a nice place to stay.

The location of our room 204 was too close to the street in the ground floor. We could hear all.the noise from the street. The windows were not sound proof. Also they look like we don't have enough privacy. The hotel should highly consider to use this room for other purpose or make a big improvement.

The hotel staff was very attentive and professional. Breakfast was great hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! We were fortunate to have a room with a terrace overlooking the valley and Alcazar. It was an easy walk to the Catedral, Aquaduct, and Plaza Mayor. We had a secure car space in the hotel garage. Breakfast was a substantial buffet. The room was comfortable.
