The rooms are hey are a bit small but everything is there. Beds are also a bit small for tall people.

The place is really exceptional. The hotel is really very nice and very well located in Pechon. The rooms are comfortable with a great view to the Ocean. Breakfast is good and with a lot of choice. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer any question or give advice.

This property is great value for money. Nice staff, good location near the beach and in a small village. The rooms are clean. They offer a good breakfast. There are several restaurants near the hotel. I think the rating of this propriety is higher than the current one. For a 2 star hotel, it is an excelente choice.

Despite being a small coastal village there was music playing all night. Staying only one night, I don’t know if this is a regular occurrence and understand that this is not within the hotel’s control.

I was advised in advance that the single room that I had booked was very small but I was happy to secure the advance booking when so little was available in this area. The room was perfectly adequate for a single night. Lovely bed linen. A couple of nearby restaurants but all very busy so glad that I set out early for supper. Breakfast options seemed to be limited.

The only "fault" I could find is that the ventilation in the bathrooms is lacking (non-existent). Not a huge deal.

The location is absolutely amazing, the room was also very comfortable, the local town very charming, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast delicious.

The first room we were given was partially flooded from a water leak or water entering from the outside. The problem was presumably long term because the floor and wall were damaged by water ingression. The room we were offered in exchange was in the basement by the kitchens and was humid, smelt of mould. We were given no refund. We did get free breakfast but that was hardly compensation.

Our room was painful. We do not recommend you to book the small room. It was so low that we hit our head to the lamp above the bed, the doorpost to the bathroom, the shower and especially the opened window. Auch! It still hurts! We asked the ice and a paracetamol. They were not "allowed" to give a paracetamol to guests. Absurd. We thought this treatment was very unfriendly. They warned us after we booked that the room was smaller than it looked and adviced us to change the type of room. But we had selected the non refundable option and they did not facilitate the change. Weird advice. Knowing that the room is so small, they have placed a huge closet in the room occupying a large area.

The location of the hotel is beautiful. Pechón has amazing views, threes and has a fresh wind blowing. It is short walk from the beach. The hotel itself looks beautiful.

Just to improve small steps. Lack of plugs in rooms and lights on wall didn't allow for independent on/off decision. If very hot, maybe option of a fan/airconditioning

room really small, as the toilet, I'm not big, but could not get into the shower properly and even the toilet door were not big enough for me. Was really warm, and no air con or fan

It smelled awful right when we arrived at reception, but lady said it was typical of Asturias! (not at Tina Menor apartments nearby!) No friendly welcome, just the key. Room smelled even worse. As others have said, you hear everything as no insulation. Common area had no lights on. Couldn't wait to leave. Paid too much as booked last minute.

The location was amazing. A short walk to a a secluded beach. Also, it was just across the street from a fantastic restaurant: Parrilla el Fogòn where we had a wonderful meal.

The building is pretty old. It does smell like old. Also not easy to keep the windows open as they are so low and doesn’t feel safe being close to the main road. Our room was super tiny and dark. Not comfortable bathroom. It’s good we aren’t fat :) no surfaces to place things.

Perfect location. Sparkling clean.
