Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe communication with the staff and with the hotel was really demanding. One week before our arrival I asked the hotel if they had a parking lot, but they didn't answer. When we arrived, we asked the same, and they said that it was full at the time, but we should try it the day after because a lot of guests would check out. So we asked again on the day after and they treated us like it was an impossible thing to ask, and told us to try it the day after. So we tried again, but it was like a never-ending circle, we never got the chance to park at the hotel's parking lot. Also, the room had a refrigerator with 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of Coke, and 2 cans of Bear, but there was no sign that you should pay for that in a superior room, so at the end of our stay we had an unpleasant surprise when we got the check. It wasn't really about the price but about the fact that there was no information about the prices, letting us assume that it was free.
The room was really nice, we had a big balcony on which you could enjoy the sun and have a look at the sea.

United KingdomIt takes an extra fee to use the minibar to refresh own drinks. Also the safe requires a fee to be used. Watch out in case selecting a room with balcony facing the inside courtyard: the courtyard is mostly enclosed and lacks of sun to quickly dry beach towels (nothing too uncomfortable anyways).
Helpful staff. Great location. Nice size of the room for 1 person and clean. The air conditioning is well-placed so that it keeps the room fresh without releasing air directly on the bed and on the user. The tv has plenty of channels as well in German, French and Italian.

TurkeyThere is no parking even they mentioning, it’s for 12€ daily which is ridiculous even in the Palma center. Staff is always in bad mood, not trying to help you for any need, there is no friendly and professional behavior. And the walls are very thin and there has been very noise because of german groups.
Location is very good in S’Arenal area, beach by 2 min walking, room was clean and everyday they are cleaning. Price is good.
