The breakfast service was a little slow / didn’t always bring what we asked for and given this is a five star hotel, we did expect complimentary water in our room which didn’t always get replaced.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and stylish decorate. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English. There were lovely touches such as the bottle when we arrived and donkey cuddly toys plus the opportunity to pick the toiletries of your preference.

In this lovely and luxurious hotel, we found the lobby decor of "Moor's head" planters truly disappointing: no one needs this kind of throwback. It is apparently the preference of the management to perpetuate this potentially racist element of decor; we hope they will reconsider.

Hotel Don Ramon provided a room with exquisite details in the North African / "Al Andalus" aesthetic, like woodwork arches and patterned metal lightshades, and black and white patterns on the marble (?) floors. The room was gorgeous and soothing. Luxurious king-sized bed and bedding. The bathroom was sumptuously comfortable, with a wonderful tub with a rack for a drink and a book, in addition to the lovely shower, and Molton Brown bath products. One of the most luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything went smoothly for our stay, from valet parking to a room service meal to being sent on our way with a bag of water bottles and snacks. The downside of having such a dedicated staff was that they seemed intensely focused on computers, with a little less social interaction--one had the sense that they are hard-worked. Breakfast was very good, but to our taste, had too little personal choice, and not enough fresh ingredients like green juices or vegetables. The hotel provides fine perfumed oils, which we found to be a bit much, and they were happy to remove it from our room. Here, as at other hotels we stayed at in the region, the rooftop "pool" was tiny. The hotel location was central and convenient.

Absolutely no complaints.

This hotel was a 10 plus and super fabulous! Our room was pristine, huge and breathtaking! Rain shower was a dream! I simply cannot wait to retutn!! Location was perfect! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but La Campana was. 3 minute walk to enjoy awesome coffee, breakfast, and a taste of Sevilla! Don't hesitate to book! Zero regrets! Staff was exceprltonal and hotel was immaculate! I drove here and valet parked the car with no issues.

The Casa Palacio Don Ramon was faultless. We were made to feel so welcomed by every member of staff who clearly took justifiable pride in their hotel. The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay. To do the multiple courses justice, it should really be called a brunch rather than just a breakfast

the bottle of wine and sweets which had been placed in our room on arrival were taken away after the first night before we had an opportunity to enjoy them!

Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very pleasant courtyard area for breakfast which was very nice and brought to you in courses. Also loved my little donkey cuddly toy which was placed on the bed!

One of the best hotel services that i’ve ever been to. The Staff are super polite, with no exceptions. They are helpful and informative. The hotel is new and the style is new classic. The building is an old palace and it is beautiful. The location is perfect and there is spa service. My mother was very happy in this place

The washroom in the room was not practical, see through doors, and no partition from the regular room. This is uncomfortable especially if you are going to the bathroom at night time when the other is sleeping

The pool water could be slightly warmer. The upstairs pool is really small but there is bit much they can do!

Everything was just fine, we were only there overnight & 2 days in Seville so hard to find anything negative in such a short space of time.

Gorgeous hotel. We were in Portugal & decided to go to Seville for a couple of days, booked this hotel after a quick search & off we headed. What a gorgeous place!!! So central, amazing staff, and the smell of the hotel with its fresh flowers everywhere was just heavenly! We will def be visiting again as missed on seeing so many things because they were fully booked, we will most certainly be staying here again.

The breakfast had a varied choice with the staff willing to accommodate any other personal choices. The location of the hotel was excellent as it meant you were within walking distance of all the main attractions.

The hotel is beautiful with so many small details in everything from decor, the rooms and to service. We couldn’t have been better taken care of or asked for more from the staff or the hotel. Location is also perfect. Would recommend this hotel 100 times over!
