The bed was very firm and the mattress had a plastic covering. I don't think that the sheets were 100% cotton as despite the air conditioning we perspired a lot during the night. There was a lot of noise from drunks on the street at night.

I thought our room would have a balcony but it was to the back of the property. I was disappointed with that, would rather have had a smaller room but with a balcony. The green light marking the exit is so bright it illuminated the room when the lights were turned off. Towels could have been bigger!

Really nice rooms in the center of town. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Very good value for money. I would stay there again, just making sure I booked a balcony room at the front.

Too strong a smell from too many diffusers located in lobby and corridors. Prefer a traditional small kettle and tea/coffee sachets etc rather than the dolce gusto coffee machine. Room could use a mirror as only mirror was in bathroom.

The room fragrance reed diffusers in the bedroom and the bathroom - the fragrance was overwhelming. You must understand that these day people are more and more sensitive to fragrances, so please don't add something like this in the rooms. Also the green light of the emergency exit above the door was really powerful - the room never got really dark, but stayed as gloomy dark green even when the lights were out. Perhaps something could be done about it?

The location is excellent right in the old city centre. Our room was facing a inner courtyard, so there was no noise whatsoever heard from the streets. The bed was one the biggest/widest ones we have ever slept in, and very comfortable. The bathroom was of good size and the shower was good. Also, the check-in was really easy as it was done online in good time before the arrival.

Observations, not criticisms . A bit more wardrobe space would be nice and possibly a kettle! Make sure your phone has internet access as you will need it for initial entry to property. Other than that property was exceptional.

The room 202 was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We had two little balconies with a view of the cathedral. We could make our own tea/coffee and there were little treats left in the room each day! We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay longer. The fridge, TV, shower, hairdryer and heating were great. We were not disturbed by any noise from the streets. The location was very central. The room was cleaned daily and the self check in was very convenient with easy instructions to follow. Excellent value for money. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Perhaps for those of us not used to doing everything on our mobile phones there could be an alternative means of accessing the rooms. Although I slept well in the comfortable bed, my husband was kept awake for some time by people talking on a balcony within the small patio area.

Having an early flight from Alicante airport I wanted a room for the night before our flight and Dorinda Rooms fitted the bill nicely. The Rooms are centrally located, very convenient to public transport and within a short walk to reach the stop for the airport bus. Our room was very small, but well equipped and ideal for an overnight stay. It was modernised, very clean and suitably furnished with all you would need for a short stay. The walk-in shower was excellent and toiletries were provided. There was a coffee machine in the room, but we didn't use it as we decided to have breakfast at the airport. The host was friendly and welcoming and explained everything to us as we had problems with access due to the battery in my mobile having gone down.
