No parking (I was aware of that) and not to easy to find a pleace nearby (at least for us), though we could find a place quiet next to the entrance (max 2 mins walk, and once less than 50m). Location has few things to watch or walk, but that was not an issue for us.

Comfort, people, room quietness and installations were as good as expected. Next to Valladolid if you travel by car. Modern look inside the building. Fine terrace than can be covered where we had dinner.

We have mentioned when making booking that we’re coming with a baby and it said there will be a complimentary bed for the child. When we entered the room there was an additional adult bed , obviously not suitable for the baby . Had to ask a few times to bring the baby cot and they put charge for it €8.

The room was a suite with views over 2 aspects. It had the biggest bed I've ever slept in and was so comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Do not pay for breakfast. It is a good coffee only with a 5 possible options to eat and you have to choose only one e.g. croissant or donut. Not worth it..

I liked the bathroom and the location as it was in the middle of the town so we could walk to the restaurant for dinner, the room was hot but after couple of hours was quite fresh.

Right in the centre of Laguna del Duero. Very good situation to go for restaurants, walk and work. The hotel is familial, friendly staff, functional rooms, comfortable, clean, a restaurant with different food selection, all to a very reasonable price

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The two girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. It is a good hotel especially being located in a small town outside of Valladolid, it is a comfortable option for travelers driving a car.

Towels were small?

There are some flows here and there regarding the rooms(like a bit noisy fridge or tiny shower towels, nothing terrible) but staff makes it up by far. Not only they run reception and cafe, they are really friendly and helpful. We were really annoying guests with several little requests and they were all great, the maid who changes the beds(so patient)the girl who prepped our bocadillos to take to the room and then we changed our minds, the girl who was too shy to speak in English even though she was really cheerful, the girl with glasses that was cleaning when we arrived late at nigth and making coffee the following morning, the two friendly girls that served out breakfast and then dealt with our check out and special mention to the girl who dealt with our arrival (I think her name is Sofia) I hope I haven't missed anyone. You were really great, we were a pain.

We checked in around 1am and didn't realize that one of our rooms' aircon did not work, so it was pretty stuffy in the room all night long. There were also really bad smells in the hotel halls - especially in the elevator (from cigarette smoke). Also, we would have loved to try their breakfast! But what happened was, I ASSUMED I had booked our two rooms with breakfast (it said so when i reserved them), but in the end breakfast was not included, maybe because i booked the rooms around midnight and so there might have been a mistake somehow.
