Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Unnecessarly called the police because i was recording the service that i am getting and how they denied me access to my room after requesting soap a few times. All the time i was polite and calm, not even raised my voice. Good thing police came and got access to the room and left the place. Caused me 800€ of losses as i had to book a dfferent hotel at 8 pm for the same period that i paid HM Dunas Blancas. Booking.com, as usual, got me a brainless response to all of this, saying that my booking in not flexible and cant get a refund or arrange a different accomodation. I am in the process of filing a legal claim to recover my loss against booking.com. How would you feel being treated like this? How would your holiday be after a traumatic event and public defamation like this? You should be ashamed of yourselfs.

The rooms and balconies are not cleaned properly (or at all, apart from the sheet changes). We arrived to a dirty floor and balcony, cigarettes and other smoking stuff were left on there. The floor was covered in sand. When we requested our room to be cleaned, the bins were not changed and the balcony, bathroom or floor was not cleaned. The area felt a bit unsafe too.

Our check in and check out was good. The loation was very close to the beach and easy to walk to transport/bus links. The pool was nice, they have 3 pools. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was okay but it felt rushed.

The food is not great, more to do with how it’s served buffet style, was always cold, felt like it had been sat out a long time. Sadly and unfortunately my fault, not the fault of the hotel…… I booked the hotel, as we were going for a long weekend to switch off. The hotel appealed because it was beachfront, so we could have the best of both, 10 minutes to palma city and days spent on the beach. Sadly I did not realise that ‘playa de palma‘ is the German version of Magaluf. On arrival late evening, I noticed security on the hotel door, was not something I am use to, but went with it. Then once in the room, arrival until end there was a lull of loud, german football songs, chants, and drunkenness. It was constant! The beach, restaurant and shops are just a walk through a passageway from the hotel. But unfortunately they are divided by lap dancing bars, German sports bars and tacky souvenir shops. There are groups of German men in football shirts, drunk everywhere you look, singing, chanting, playing drinking games. The restaurants around are not of any standard and serve German hotdogs, not much more selection, with a football song for ambiance. It’s such a shame for the hotel, because it’s a beautiful hotel. It is very obvious they are trying hard not to let the resort overshadow the hotel, but sadly it is situated in German stag weekend hell, and until the resort changes, the hotel will always battle to keep its standards.

The hotel staff are lovely, really helpful and smiley. The manger is such a lovely man, always visible and present.

Nothing really - if I had to pick it would be the breakfast but that’s just because we are quite picky so probably wouldn’t be a downside to others!

Really amazing pool areas with plenty of sunbeds & there’s always an area with shade as well as sun so you can get the best of both worlds. Everywhere was really clean, we had a huge balcony with our own sunbeds on them which was lovely in a morning. It was my birthday while we were staying there and the lovely staff gave me a free bottle of champagne which was a really nice touch! It is just metres from the beach too which was handy, would definitely stay here again!

A staff member was very rude when we asked to fill a water bottle at breakfast time. No basic amenities in the room, like coffee/tea, water boiler etc. Requested a water boiler for the room and had to leave a 20EU deposit.

No window! Every room at the hotel had a balcony but ours did not even had a single window. Therefore the room was without oxygen, without sunlight and sad. The air smelled humid after every shower. We passed all day and night outside for not spending much time at the room. We were nor allowed to sit in the common areas by the pool after 19:30. The area where the hotel is located was full of drunk noisy people. The area does is not a characteristic spanish location but serving to German tourists with mostly German style pub and restaurants.

The common areas by the pool are nicely designed but you can’t sit and enjoy it after 19:30.

Love this hotel - nice and clean, stylish, comfortable. The kids loved the breakfast buffet and the food was a really good price. It's near the beach, easy bus journey into Palma and the pool area is lovely with comfy sunbeds - 3 pools so lots of room.

The staff are rude and technically almost not working. We tried to book a trip with them and they ruined our plans because after reserving two days in advance, they came on the day to tell us they have no idea about our reservation. It seemed as if the staff answers us randomly and a couple of times the information was not correct. It would have been better to say that they don't know instead of providing wrong information as we thought they know whay they are talking about. There were lots of noise from neighboring rooms and it did not seem that the hotels cared either.

Location is nice , close to the beach but there were lots of hotels in this area anyways. Breakfast was nice

The hotel is parallel to the main beach road and thus super central. Only a few steps to the beach, restaurants and bars. It is super modern and everything is clean. The breakfast was superb and the staff always very friendly. We were all very satisfied and can recommend 100%!

The breakfast was amazing! The hotel is so spacious and nicely decorated. There’s direct access to the beach from the back part of the hotel. The staff are very friendly! I got a single room and was so surprised to see there was a mini fridge in the room! Also the shower and air con are super simple and easy to use. No complaints 😊!! Loved it !!!

The only downside of this hotel is that it's located in a spot that's basically just catering to tourists. If you want to be surrounded by actual Mallorcan culture you'll have to travel a bit away to Palma, Can Pastilla or elsewhere. So many of the bars were german and so many of the tourists were german that I sometimes questioned where I am haha.

The hotel staff was super nice, they made sure everyone followed the covid guidelines but in a nice way and I felt so safe! I was traveling solo and my room was just big enough for everything I had and it had everything I needed (bed, places for my bags, places to hang my clothes, a safe (costs extra) a nightstand and a USB power outlet!), I had a nice and spacious bathroom and the biggest balcony of all the rooms! The room was cleaned daily and they always changed the towels. The bathroom had soap dispensers and if you're missing anything, you can ask the front desk for some necessities that you might have found in hotel bathrooms automatically in the past. The hotel was very clean and modern and quiet - honestly there is not a single thing about the hotel that I could say was bad. They have 3 pools so you can find a sunny and shady pool at basically all times of the day. It's so close to the beach, it really takes about 2 minutes between when you leave your room and find yourself on the beach. The beach near the hotel is awesome, nice and sandtly, no rocks, clean - no seaweed. I had half board and the food was pretty good, you always had a good selection. Oh and the wifi was free and had good coverage!
