There was no place to air dry our swimming gear/beach towels. Our apartment had no balcony, there was no clothesline anywhere. We made do buying string and just drying wet swimwear in the bathroom. THERE IS WASHER AND ELECTRIC DRYER IN THE BUILDING, but unfortunately our gear could only be air dried so it was a small issue. Stairway is steep so if you have problems with walking make sure you get apartments located lower.

the balcony on the rooftop is amazing, the apartment was super clean and lovely, couch and bed super comfy the localisation just perfect, near tram, so close to the sea and to the centre and to C6 line to airport! fantastic instructions on how to get into the room and super helpful reception kitchen was perfect, all needed utensils/pans/toaster/electric kettle/electric stove/wine opener/plates/pans, only thing missing was a bigger bowl or salad bowl air condition worked great view of the castle! absolutely stunning! quiet at night towels/paper/hair drier/shampoo only thing missing in the bathroom was shower gel, there was container for it, but it was unfortunately empty Shower was fantastic, working perfectly, no problem with water WiFi worked like a charm ... honestly I can keep going, we were really happy, perfect place for us, we spent a wonderful week, absolutely recommend

The smell from the trash can below the sink in the kitchen was pretty strong.

The apartment was really nice, comfortable and had a nicely equipped kitchen. The location is pretty good, too - it’s close to the tram and bus stations. The beach is also close by. The staff was really kind, the girl I asked my questions to was really helpful, they even have a guide book in the apartment with recommendations on where to go, what to see and where to eat. It’s a good value for money, would recommend!

We arrived at the location in the morning after 2 days with no sleep and the apartment had the check in at 4 PM written on the booking, I selected the arrival hour early we booked the apartment and also in the day of the arrival I wrote to the owner to let us know if the apartament will be ready earlier then 4 PM so we can go and get some rest. The owner reacted to my message but did not let us know. At 3 PM we decided to go to the apartment and see by ourselves if it is ready because we did not get any clear response and in the booking was written that there is a “reception”. The reception was closed but we met the cleaning lady who told us the apartment was already cleaned and ready for us. No contact from the owner. That was a little bit disappointing ( the fact that the apartment was ready but no one let us know ) Also, in the description when we booked the apartment we understood that there was a jacuzzi included but before the arrival the owner send us a document with details and there was written that you need to pay extra charge to use the jacuzzi ( I think this should be better described for people to know before booking the apartment as we only knew 1 day before arrival ).

We liked the location that was near the center and all the restaurants by a 10min walk, also the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet.

The instructions for check-in were clear and easy. Marina was very welcoming and pleasant. She was attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the pillows, bed sheets, and towels. The unit was very clean. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Mercado, Tram, bus stop, and many restaurants. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Highly recommended!

parking in this neighborhood is almost impossible, however owner directed me to Alfonso El Sabio parking which is 500 m away, costs 13.20 per 24 h. Be advised that on Saturday evening it was full.

Very little. The only thing I suppose that would have been nice was to have more than one set of keys, as sometimes one person in our group wanted to go for a run in the early morning while others slept in, and having the freedom to leave independently would be nice. But only a small thing.

The outlook is not good from the apartment we were in view was looking across to a very run down building. We asked if we could use an outdoor patio which was no problem at all we got the keys to upstairs patio with great views across to the castle. There is also hot tub if you want to use it for a fee of€25 for an hour.

The property was nice clean had everything you need for a short stay from bedding towel’s and kitchen utensils.

Overall very good stay! The owner was very kind- we had small issues with the draining water in the shower and she offered to fix it right away!:) The C-6 bus station from the airport it’s 5’ away by foot; position very good towards all the sightseeing.

The double bed wasn't comfortable at all, you just sink in the middle of it...They need to change the matress...or the bed...

The location is great, nearby almost everything. The communication with the host was very good, we received lots of details on how to get there, etc. We stayed in a two bedroom apartament, which was clean, spacious and had everything that you coud possibly need from dishwasher to Coffee maker, etc.

The lovely clean apartment was fantastic and met all our needs. It wasn't huge but was big enough to cook and eat and relax on the sofa. The apartment included everything we needed to cook, including helpful things like salt and cooking oil. They also provided washing powder which was extra thoughtful. It was in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and attractions and very close to local bus routes. The booking and key pick-up arrangements were very easy and smooth and Alina was very helpful and gave us a late checkout. Highly recommend this apartment.

Our apartment was in the basement and had only three very small windows located almost to the ceiling. It is only in one apartment if you choose any other apartment you wont be disappointed.

There was a very strong, nasty smell coming from the kitchen bin under the sink. It was very unpleasant and we ended up keeping the sink cupboard shut and using a different bin all together. At the time of booking, it didn't mention there was an additional cost for the rooftop jacuzzi - the listing appeared to include the jacuzzi with the apartment at no additional cost. On arrival we found that it was an extra €40 per HOUR. Extortionate. We felt mislead and it was too late to cancel, the host wasn't too forward in trying to resolve this. Also hot water in the shower is limited, not the end of the world but you just need to allow time in between showers for the hot water.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find on foot. Safe and secure accomodation. The apartment had plenty of kitchen equipment, fridge and washing machine was a bonus. Quite basic, but generally clean and what you would expect at this pricepoint. Good communion from the host, and good tourist info folder in the room too!
