Our stay in the apartment was great. Tomas met us there and is such a gracious host. He kept in touch with awesome recommendations for our stay in Seville. The apartment is just as shown, if not better. The patio is larger than expected. The location is an easy walk to all the attractions of the city. For parking, I would recommend a reservation and Tomas gave us a few lots that are close by to choose from.

Second floor entry door needs some adjustment (rubs a bit at bottom but not a huge issue). If you have mobility issues be aware of a spiral staircase to reach the third level (bathrooms are on level 2 only with the 2 bedrooms)

Location near river, restaurants, easy walk (less than 1 km) to major sights), kitchen has good plates, cutlery, pots, etc, kitchen appliances clean and work well, nice terrace to hang out or hang clothes (has a clothes washer), complimentary wine and snacks and coffee pods, clean apartment and building, great host (friendly and attentive), choice of double and two twin beds (up to 4 people), 2 bathrooms (one larger, one smaller), safe for valuables, good closet space, access from second and third floor off of elevator

No complaints - this place was perfect!

If I could give 12 stars, I would. Tomás was an exceptional host - he met us at the property and showed us around, then gave recommendations for food, drinks, and the best flamenco shows. He checked in on us periodically to see that we had all that we needed and was very responsive when I messaged him. The place was immaculate, elegant, charming, and well-stocked, with all the modern amenities you would need (even a Nespresso machine with pods!). Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were modern and classy, patio was charming with nice table, large umbrella, and lots of plants. Quiet at night, though the bedroom with two beds is by the lift, I think, so I could hear that sometimes. Place was easy to find and within walking distance of the main sights. If you don't like to walk, there is a bus stop across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby, especially a great market/cafeteria and a fabulous chocolate & churros place by the river, plus the host's recommendations. It was a memorable stay - we didn't want to leave!

At the day of check-in, Tomas was waiting for me, he gave me the keys, described everything in the apartment, answered all my questions, gave me hints for visiting the city. During muy stay, I was able to ask him questions all the time. The apartment was very well equiped, very close to centre.

Amazing host, who guided us all the way from the bus from Cadiz to the front door of the apartment. The location is perfect, with everything in walking distance, and the area was nice and quiet.

All was good. Just for the parking- it’s on the street and may require some time to find a free place. But I got it twice next to the entry to the appartment:) public parkings are available nearby as well

Everything. The apartment is great for a family and friends. It’s 2 Floors with an external access on both. There are stairs inside but you can get to the appartment separately on 2 Floors as well. The owner is very helpful and there is a super contact with him. I felt well cared and got great recommendations. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. The appartment feels like home. And the location is great.

We felt like the personal guests of Tomas! He was the most wonderfull host. With lots of great recommendations, kind check-ins and great service. The location was absolutly perfect, the ac worked like a bliss and everything you could wish for was present in the appartment. I would truly recommend this place to anyone who looks for a home away from home.

It was not an issue for us, but those with mobility issues may have a problem getting up and down the steep staircase.

The apartment is adorable. Tomas was so helpful with recommendations for dinner, parking and the like. Tomas made us feel at home. He greeted us and went over everything we needed to know about the apartment. The patio was nice after a day of sightseeing.

This didn’t impact us but there is a 20 step spiral staircase which could be problematic for folks who have mobility issues

I’m not sure where to begin so I’ll start with our host Tomas! TOMAS was a fantastic host. He not only performed the obligatory tour of the apartment but spent time with us answering questions about historic sites to see, recommended local restaurants and even used his cell phone to help us access tickets. Additionally, he texted us with additional information after he left us. After traveling around Spain for 2 1/2 weeks, this apartment provided a nice refuge with an outside patio which included an umbrella. The location was easy walking distance to the Triana Barrio, the mercado and FABULOUS restaurants/food. I look forward to staying in this apartment again!

Tomas is an excellent host! Everything went smoothly from our arrival to our departure. I had asked for early check-in and was met by Tomas at the apartment who explained all I needed to know. Wine and snacks were on the house. Received numerous pieces of good advice on where to eat and what to see. Subsequently every question was answered online within minutes. Great place to share (as we did) with a colleague going e.g. to a conference as there are to bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice and clean and with all you need including sun lotion!

Very spacious. Very comfy. Very clean. Good location. Every sleeping room has an AC unit, so even in the hottest of summers, the rooms can be cooled down extremely quickly.

Tiny bedrooms and even tinier (one) bathroom.

Location is very good and the host, Tomás, is the Best! He’s very proactive and you would almost feel like he’s your friend in Seville. He was an absolute pleasure to communicate and work with. One cannot go wrong with the property as it is centrally located. However, I’d just like to caution my fellow American travelers that the bedrooms are small. If you are big in size then you will have to sleep on the floor or in the living room. A couple has to be in good shape to share the bed. The other bedroom has to separate beds and also tiny. This issue is also compounded if you are carrying full size check-in bags per person. Lastly I want to mention that even the beds may be tiny, they are super nice as they are (semi?) firm and helped relax my back very nicely. I’d sincerely consider staying here again if I ever got the opportunity. Cheers!
