It is a bit of a walk to the main square, but we like walking and it didn't bother us.

The apartment was spotless with comfy beds, Lots of cooking utensils, tea bags, herbs, coffee machine, air conditioning, big t.v with streaming services. Little surprises like shampoo conditioner shower gel suncream, after sun, beach /pool towels. and plenty of towels for the bathrooms, with books to red too. Lovely balcony and fantastic WiFi. Daniel was really fantastic. He meets you at the apartment and shows you around. If you had a question or query, you can message him, and he responds very quickly. He was very kind, helpful, and patient with our requests. Daniel even helped us organise transport to the airport, which we appreciated greatly. The pools are very clean with a great pool bar and plenty of sunbeds.

The appartement was clean and beds were super comfortable. great location to beach and shops . At arrival we were welcomed and communication between staff was very easy and helpful.

Great apartment with sunny balcony - sun all day until 8pm. Great facilities, clean and everything we needed with comfy bed/sofa bed. Two wonderful and super clean pools (large one for swimming and smaller kids pool) just outside the front door. Great pool bar open all day good selection of drinks and snacks with tv, pool and games. 10 mins walk to closest beach, shops, restaurants etc.

Sun beds

Nice clean recently renovated accommodation in a well maintained complex Location wouldn’t please everyone but the wife and I don’t mind a stroll. Looked after by the owner’s rep. Pool area has just been renovated the only downside is the sun beds are the rock hard plastic type. If I returned I would buy a air mattress or something similar ASAP. On arrival.

The apartment was amazing. A real home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a lovely view from the balcony across the complex out to the sea. We were met at the apartment by Daniel who welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know. The 2 pools were brilliant. We only used the bigger pool as the other is for younger kids. I can honestly say it was the cleanest swimming pool i have ever been in. The whole complex has been recently renovated and is spotless throughout. We has a fabulous time and would definitely return in the future.

It had everything you could possible need. Lovely little touches that made it a home from home and lots of little extras to complete your stay

Very little. You have to go up 3 lots of steps to the second floor, consisting of 9+8+8 steps, so a little difficult for anyone with walking problems.

The property is on the second floor, overlooking the pool and pool bar. There is a balcony to sit on, which receives the sun all day. All the equipment we required was there, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine. The complex is in a quiet part of town.

The only issue we had was the fact the sunbeds were chained in place making it difficult at times to follow the sun when sunbathing. (Not something the property owner can influence much I guess) It is a shame the resident management committee feels the need for this.

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The views from the balcony let us see the nearby mountains and sea but mainly overlooked the very nice pool areas. The balcony was a nice size for four of us to be able to sit and enjoy breakfast or a snack. Daniel was there to meet us on arrival and explain the basic requirements and site security etc. Daniel was very helpful and responded really quickly to any queries we had during our stay. The pools were very clean and plenty of room. The pool bar provided great drinks and snacks and Matteo was very friendly.

Lot of stairs but manageable. Quite a walk from centre of town for those with ailments.

Everything there that you need for self catering. Dry nice and reasonable bar on site and plenty of sun beds around both pools.

The property does indeed have new pools however the main one is out of use. Not the hosts fault but still a disappointment.

Nothing to dislike about the apartment and location. Had couple great excursions, volcano tour and buggy tour. Absolutely amazing. Didn’t like the fact that far too many restaurants catered for basic English style cuisine. Would have preferred more authentic Spanish/Canaries. Hard to find !!

Everything was great. The renovation was made and the second pool was opened just before our arrival. Very clean apartments and territory. Shops are near, great location.

The apartment was super clean and very spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. I had to work from home and WiFi was excellent, I almost always did so in the wonderful terrace enjoying the views! The pool is very convenient, just down the stairs and is very nice and quiet. Nice chairs for enjoying the sun too. The huge Smart TV is very cool! Great location, everything can be reached without a car: beach, supermarket, good restaurants. There is a nice route to the east where you can go jogging along the sea. Daniel made our stay very comfortable and even brought a new bigger pan once we asked.

This apartment is newly furnished and deserves a much better rating. The owner and Daniel, who is taking care, are very attentive. We could already store our luggage and grocery shopping in the morning. The cleaning ladies were very nice, too, and it was spotlessly clean. Parking was always easy. Best of all, it is so quiet at night. In walking distance are several beaches and a promenade. I highly recommend staying here!
