The signs on the streets could be more eye caching - in dark and without my app saying that this must be right place I would miss the entrance. (Actually I did on first attempt ;))

Good location, all the city centre tourist attractions can be reached by walking. Loved the terrass :)

We did have a little trouble finding the property, but we managed it. I suppose only so much they can do with regards to signage.

We upgraded our room to one with outside area, lovely space, was worth it! Our bed was spacious and comfy! Shower was lovely! The reception area was so clean and friendly, offering free cups of coffee and tea and biscuits! Staff were friendly and helpful!

Smart use of space but there should be a sink/basin/tap in the shower/toilet space...

Amazing location in the city center. Walking distance to all the main attractions of Barcelona. Really polite and helpful staff. Tea/Coffe and free biscuits and apples were great addition. Very clean rooms and service. It was good to have additional space - balcony.

The bathroom door (both the hatch and the way it's closing) is not giving enough privacy. There was little space to store things. Around washbasin additional shelf as well as bin would help.

Awesome terrace with swinging chairs for slow evenings (wine bottle opener available to borrow🍷)! Comfortable and cosy bed. Good idea with having washbasin outside of the bathroom, that's saving time with 2 people. The location is perfect. The reception area with hot drinks and apples/biscuits was very nice :) The staff is very friendly & helping.

The walls were pretty thin so you could hear the neburs.

The property was in a grate lokacion. The staff was amazing. There was coffee, tea and some snacks for free every day.

The shower was a little complicated to figure out but that was the only negative and that wasn't really an issue.

Excellent location, close to plaza Cataluña. Loved the fact the property had a lift. The free tea and coffee was a lovely touch. Staff were very friendly, check in was super easy. We had a room with a terrace, it was really nice, would definitely stay again.

Room Number 7 is right next to the reception/common areas/entrance.It can get very noisy and in regard to that and the fact that the only window that existed was in the bathroom and looked out to walls, the value for money was off.

- The room had the sink outside the bathroom at a closed balcony (it became cold specially at night). - the room was small and had different ground heights and steps, so it was not so easy to move

I wish there was still a sink inside the bathroom, instead of having to go out in the large windowed area to wash in the middle of the night.

Great size bed, great patio with view of the university and private terrace. Comfortable shower with hot water. I actually did enjoy having a mirror outside/on the patio so I had natural light to get ready in the morning.

There was only one outlet in the room and it was between our pillows, which was kind of strange.

No shelf or anything like it in the bathroom. Drainage not working properly. You open the door literally on the bed, considering the price for night, it was a very small room.
