SpainToo far from town to walk. Had to search for a parking space on the street each time we returned to the hotel. Secured parking is not available. Don’t bother with the meal plans. Resturant is buffet style and food is mediocre. Breakfast is a must because there are no coffee machines in the rooms and too far away to find another restaurant. Property seems to be used mainly for corporate training and meetings.

FranceAlthough they state they are pet friendly you can only eat outside, which is useless if weather is bad which it was. Plenty of places inside they could designate as pet accessible if wanted to. Pool bar food and service not good.

SpainThe indoor pool/spa was closed but this was not the fault of the staff, it was due to the drought in spain so they are using their time wisely to renovate the pool.
The staff were really friendly and upgraded our room to a room with a sea view free of charge. The rooms were bright, airy and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The location was stunning and the views were amazing, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sea/ watching the sunset.

United KingdomIt’s the 2nd time we have stayed here, it’s a very small personal hotel, great location right by the cathedral, staff very friendly, nice rooms, historic hotel, restaurant is small and the menu is limited but it’s very nice quality food, breakfast is excellent, we felt very welcome, we had our dog with us, we met the owner and nothing was too much trouble.

FranceUnfortunately we were very disappointed with the food (pizza) ordered from the Bar Dali . It was a thin, shop bought, frozen pizza that wasn’t very hot when it arrived . I would have expected something home made or much better quality . We weren’t inclined to order anything else from the bar menu.
The location of the hotel was excellent and the sea views were stunning . All personnel were very friendly and efficient . The breakfast buffet was great and had a good selection.

SpainWifi is not that good. If you are looking for a quite place, this might not be your hotel as there are lots of people and lots of families.
The location is amazing. We had a seaview room and the sound of the sea in combination with the views are priceless. Food for a buffet very decent. Breakfast good. Parking in parking garage opposite the road was perfect.

United KingdomOutdoor pool was freezing cold so we couldnt swim there. We went to the indoor pool and the jacuzzi was also cold. It seems the hotel stopped maintaining facilities after the peak summer season is over. Our ensuite shower was either freezing cold or scorching hot, no in between. The hotel doesnt have a water fountain to refill water bottle.
Great room, facilities, location. Unbelievable views, beautiful hotel. The buffet food was delicious and friendly staff. Amazing buildings and architecture. Close to town centre with close proximity to shops and restaurants. Overall experience was fantastic. Would recommend and come back here again.

United KingdomThe room 610 we were given on the day we arrived was not a family room and not what we had booked. There was no Wi-Fi/network in the room, someone’s mobile phone and car keys were left on the table, and there were no proper signs to reach the room. We arrived at 11:30 pm with 3 trolleys and had so much of trouble trying to locate the room, there were plenty of steps and had to lift the heavy bags over the steps with an 8 year old. We reported to the reception , spoke to the manager the next day and was given a better room 505. However, the facilities provided in the room were not adequate. There were no tea/coffee making facilities, no body lotion as part of toiletries and the bathroom was so cold. The hotel smelled of old wood and mould in the corridors at certain places. The breakfast was repetitive with eggs, bread and sausages every day. Having said that, it was still an enjoyable holiday otherwise.
