The building was a bit old, we had water leaking from the ceiling from where the AC unit was.

The check-in process was very simple, all done through your phone, digital keys, etc… might be a problem if you didn’t have service/wifi. Good AC.

The apartment was quite small but tidy. In my honest opinion just a regular hotel room. The photos on Booking.com displayed an entire apartment not the two bed room we got.

The staff was very nice. The price on the apartment was the best that we could find in all of the Madrid area. Really happy with the price.

All instructions were in Spanish, English translation could have been helpful. Walls are a bit thin, if you're supersensitive to noises, that might be an issue.

Great value for money! Modern, clean studio apartment, kitchen utensils, everything you need. Supermarket and railway station very close. You'll need to take the train to get to Madrid, but in 30 mins you're in the very centre. Train is a bit crowded sometimes, but commuting with the locals was a part of the authentic Spanish experience :) If I ever visit Madrid again, I'll totally go for this one.

Spent a very comfortable five nights. Very good modern and clean facilities including washer/dryer a few steps from our door. There was a top restaurant and bar within the building, and the staff, in particular, Patricia, was very responsive to any of our needs. Easy walking distance to supermarket, bakery, etc.

A lot of bars cafeteria closed staff on holidays . No kettle or cups in apartment , Had to get a Spanish person with English to ring property managers to get code for apartment. Not a great place for family holidays unless you have a car.

No contact with staff . Room wasn't cleaned and we stayed 8 nights so same towels and bins . Didn't like that there was no staff to speak too .needs more in kitchen no kettle. There only a number to call so not perfect. Human contact most important .

The towels do not smell like they have been washed at a high enough temperature. Overall clean studio, but not sparkling clean. No soap in the toilet. The shower and the spin on the shower work at the same time There are no dishcloths/paper towels in the kitchen. No salt, pepper, or oil. For cooking, there is one small pot with a lid and two pans (one small, one bigger). The sound insulation is very bad, you can hear people talking in the from next to yours, when someone in the next room turns on the water, or when someone walks in the corridor. Fortunately, the apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so there are not many sounds from the street. The Studio Standard window look at the street, no balcony.

20min to Parque Warner = 10 min walking to the bus station, 10 min driving (2 bus stations with the bus 412 - you'll need to have the cash to buy a bus ticket)
