Great location, very clean and comfortable. Reception check in was very friendly and a welcome glass of cava. Pointed out places of interest and some dining suggestions all extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

My Mother and I stayed at this hotel for a week, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and Santander. The breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed it very much, Our stay was so relaxing as there was no hurry to have to get to breakfast, we enjoyed it on our balcony with the complimentary coffee. Daniel, Paula and another receptionist where very friendly and helpful, showing where to go on the map that they gave us . The glass of cava was a lovely welcoming touch. There were lots of places to visit and we saw all of them. The Hotel is a short walk in to the main part of the city and to beaches and shops. There are also restaurants and bars very close by. we would definitely stay here again.

Slightly small bedroom Checkout requested later checkout from 12 - 1pm due to our flight departure but was declined - not an issue but wasnt too much to ask for 1 hour

- it was not a negative, but keep in mind that the toilet and shower is directly connected to the room, so not much privacy

+ perfect location just few steps above the city centre + very kind and nicely dressed staff + parking available on the streets for free or in the hotel courtyard for a fee + nice chill out zone around the small pool + building is looking great, obviously after well done reconstruction, the room we had was a bit small, but we did not need more space just for one night + while we were waiting for the check-in, we were offered a glass of local sparkling wine Cava

Impeccable Hotel Boutique in a very residencial aerea near by the City Center and the see ... Modern Bed Rooms with beautiful facilities such as kettle with tea and coffee plus excellent cookies , fruit and water . Thank.you.so much Very clean,with flowers and parfum . Staff very kind and helpful ,I have often spoken with Paula that fave me some yogurt and,water and cookies ,as I arrived in Santander rather late . Excellent alternative to a classic Hotel ,with more service . To advice without any doubt . Thank you

Great location. Within walking distance of the town. Secure parking. Staff were excellent. Welcome glass of cava on arrival, showed us and marked on the map places to visit, things to do and place to eat. Very helpful. We have visited Santander once before and stayed else where, but will always use this hotel on future visits.

My room (Room 5) was a bit small, fine for me on my own but might be quite small for two. Honestly can't think of anything else I didn't love.

Good location, clean and comfortable facilities, an absolutely beautiful pool, and outstanding hospitality from the staff (special commendation for Paola). I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return.
