The hotel was in a great location, and the staff and their hospitality was excellent, from welcoming us with a glass of cava to showing us personally to our room, nothing was too much trouble. We are extensively travelled and their attention to detail was something you rarely come across.

only downside was the balcony was so close to next door and vice versa that they could see into our room when they were in their balcony. didn’t like the lack of privacy there.

The bathroom area was a total shock for us. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained every day. The shocking part is that you have an OPEN bathroom. You can see the sink lying on the bed. You have the toilet on one side of the sink and the shower on the other side. That's not the bad part. The bad part is that the fogy glass door in front of the toilet is not a full door. It is only about 2m high. You have a big space on top of the door that lets all the noise and smell coming inside the room. So, as long you are alone in the room, everything is OK. When someone else is in the room, then it is not going to be pretty. I heard that this arrangement, open bathroom, is a new thing, a modern thing. Long story short, if you can overcome the open bathroom situation, then I really recommend the place.

The staff, I met him once when we arrived, was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with coffee pods, tea, and sweets on the house. You can reach the area with bars/pubs within 10 min walk. Very quite place. Cleaning personnel has done a very good job every day.

The rooms are a bit weirdly designed and don't necessarily make the most of the space. Also it was annoying that the cleaner entered the room to clean before 12 even though the do not disturb sign was on. The cleaners were stingy with the toilet roll for some weird reason and we kept having to ask reception for more which was a bit awkward. The parking is super tight and it makes taking the car out for the day a bit of a hassle so we just walked everywhere which was fine for us but may not be fine for people with mobility issues.

The service was great. The staff are all lovely and very attentive. The location is absolutely brilliant and the sea view from the room was really cool!

Absolute fabulous hotel! Modern and the rooms were comfy and very clean we stayed here for 3 nights and everyday the room was always cleaned to an exceptional standard! Staff were great and very hospitable! Would definitely recommend and will more than likely be back to stay again ☺️

Beautiful little hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. Glass of cava on arrival and complimentary fruit and cake left in room to enjoy. It was raining when I arrived and I was offered an umbrella if I wanted to go out. Netflix was an added bonus.Thank you.

Room was a bit on the small side and was in the basement and so there wasn't much natural light.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful! The room was lovely with a balcony and the breakfast tray was re-stocked every day. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was lovely. The hotel itself was in a great location and the views were great of Santander.

The room was very spacious, quiet, and super clean! The little morning snacks were excellent and were locally sourced. Both gentlemen we met at the reception were especially welcoming and friendly, and very helpful too. Highly recommended.

Such a warm welcome and the location was perfect. Our room was over looking the bay and every detail had been taken care of. Spotlessly clean and fresh inside and giving us the map and recommendations made such a difference and helped us settle in to Santander.
