Unfortunately the pool was closed due to technical issues but they offered another smaller pool.

I like everything else. On top of all, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Their capturing smile and welcoming behavior made our stay a unique experience.

We knew this was a family run hotel but never thought we would feel like the extended family. The location was just the job for a relaxing but most enjoyable September break. The A la carte 5 course dinner every evening was eagerly anticipated. Without exception every meal was top notch. The staff were extremely attentive 24/7. Most of the clients were returning customers and feel sure we will also be booking a return trip.We never usually book half board but so glad we did on this occasion. With a view across the salt lakes from the front of hotel and an excellent pool and dining area to the rear, also has an excellent pool bar and spa. The owners were constantly on site, often chatting to us at dinner making sure we were happy with the service and enjoying the hotel amenities. Thought it was a bit cheeky to have to pay for tea and coffee in the room as well s everything in the mini bar - we were paying enough as it was!

Very clean, with friendly staff who went the extra mile. The food was fabulous quality, both for breakfast and dinner. Great facilities - the pool area was really nice and the spa was exceptional.

Great place. It's all good wheter you want you want to spend some time on a beach or in patio with swimming pool. Staff is very attentive, very friendly. Food and drinks are very good also. I'm in love with the place.

I would have liked a good gym but they don't have one. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

I booked this hotel to be close to Best Sports Centre Swim training centre. It was a good choice for that as the pool is within walking distance and the hotel kindly supplies towels for swimmers to use. It turned out to also be close to a nice long beach where the 5illes beach club is located. There's plenty of free street parking provided you park outside of beach hours...I arrived at night and was able to park my rental car right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff particularly Jurgen who on the PM shift were terrific.

The area around the hotel isn’t very nice and in October limited choice of restaurants around the hotel. It’s on the coast but I wouldn’t describe the area as refunded with lots of high rise hotels and restaurants with picture menus. The hotel guests were predominantly German so everyone assumed you just spoke German which got annoying - we were in Spain!! I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel for younger people as most guests just choose half board. It also felt a bit cramped at times by the pool area although there were lots of sun beds in a garden area. A pool drinks service was missing, you always had to go to the bar to order.

Nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool and tennis courts. Staff on reception are friendly and the roof terrace was good for lazy afternoons to relax in the sun. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and it was good value and very nice good food. Drinks reasonably priced, rooms were ok a bit dated but comfortable.

Not very common in Europe,more of a US thing, but having the Iron for ironing clothes in the room is very helpful. They were always very quick to provide it for us, this is the only improvement i can think of.

Super comfortable mattress on sun loungers. Beautiful breakfast served to you. Amazing illy coffee always perfectly hot. Palm trees around the pool and flowers added to the charm.

The rooms are a bit outdated, which was underlined by the A/C which on the hot days could not work the room so the temperature did not drop below 23/24C (at night). Also towels did not get changed properly everyday. You would expect better for a nearly 300EUR/night rate. Hallways can be noisy. This is a German style hotel, and yes, that includes arriving early at the pool to put your towels down in order to secure your spot.

The breakfast. The pool is nice but there are limited beds. The night manager is also really nice.
