Our terrasse was overlooking the terrasse where people tend to have a good time and speak and laugh quite loudly....... Not enough staff in the cafeteria, and therefore staff tend to be stressed, overworked and not particularly welcoming....

nice big bedroom ...wonderful view on the golf course and the sierra behind ...a particularly nice and helpful young man at the reception...

Poor dinning area, looked more like a cafeteria than a restaurant where you pay EUR 150+ for staying. I find the hotel too expensive for what you get over all.

Fantastic rooms, clean, big, king-size bed all fantastic. Good hotel for an overnight stay on the way. Breakfast ok, you can order eggs as you want, just need some better and tasty organization for the food I think,

It was noisy at night. There were two of us in separate rooms and we were working nearby during the day. About every hour between 2am and 5am there was terrible banging which we think was someone arranging there patio chairs on the veranda at night. This happened all three nights on the final night it was so bad my coworker and I were wide awake at 3am. We told the hotel on checking out and they completely denied it suggesting we were making it up. What, two of us in separate rooms! We were not looking for money off just wanted a better experience for other guests. We are going back next month but will find alternative accommodation.

The rooms are a good size and it is a clean modern hotel. It would have been great but….

Very noisy hotel air con unit broken on roof right above our room woke us up several times during the night had very poor sleep. Told reception staff but not offered a solution. Poor soundproofing between rooms and balcony doors. Swimming pool was closed even through it said it was open on bookings.com very disappointed as only reason we went. Food was ok. Hotel seems an afterthought to golf course. Gym was down a very long dark corridor and was mediocre.

Beautiful modern rooms with amazing shower and a luxurious bath that you can lie in and see out to the golf course. Very comfortable big bed. Nice big balcony. Great parking, very large parking for hotel guests and separate parking for golf course visitors. Hotel just off the moterway so very easy to get access by car/motorcycle.

The pool was closed thats why we booked to stay there wouldn't let us cancel to go to another hotel with a pool. Booking .com would but staff there wouldnt

No English speaking channel on the TV. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it used to be and sadly the staff on duty were unhelpful and didn’t seem very happy. The hot dishes were empty and turned off and it was only 8.30. Shame, it used to be a great breakfast. The rest of the hotel was great though.

Staff attitude was mixed. A couple were fantastic, some were disappointing, verging on rude. Breakfast buffet and evening meal were both disappointing.

Room was fantastic, nice gym and great to have golf facilities a few steps away.

Golf course was reason for the visit as it’s a golf resort . Fairways were all sand and impossible to actually play . Pity as course itself looked like a decent design .

.......Lack of english speaking throughout hotel which was very poor, i could not get a bucket of ice for room despite complaining to reception twice and room service putting phone down on me twice. No good if your 2nd market is english..
