Wonderful house with a magnificent garden

The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. The gardens are beautiful and there was a lovely terrace you could sit out on. There is no bar but that is no problem for us. Parking was easy. We got outside the hotel but there is a car park literally up the street if its full. If your looking for modern this is not for you. It is a lovely hotel with a lot of original features. Breakfast included homemade cakes, marmalade and jams. The gentleman was very attentive explaining what everything was. A lot of produce came from their garden. There were roses everywhere. The bed was a double and the room was big enough for us. The shower was good. A really lovely place. If we are in the area again, we will be returning

We couldn’t park outside the hotel initially but we found an alternative spot and moved our car later when a space became available. There were limited eating options in town on a Sunday evening .

Charming quiet hotel with parking outside on a quiet square. We were given a free upgrade. The gardens were a joy. Breakfast got the day off to a relaxing start. A super little town perfect for an overnight stop on our way up to Santander. We hope to return but for longer next time as there are lots of walks and cycle trails around Hervás

Parking might be a problem when the town is crowded.

It’s in a beautiful setting with a stunning garden. The room had a nice terrace to sit out on. You could make a cup of tea and the breakfast was excellent and good value.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful. That I can’t be there once a month, but I will try.

Everything more than anyone would expect. The place is just pleasant, delighful. The garden and the house worth a visit even if you are not staying there... But if you have the chance to be a guest then you are lucky. The staff is super friendly. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been in Spain and of course the most beautiful hotel.

A really lovely hotel, with lots of very thoughtful touches such as an abundance of fresh flowers everywhere and lovely leaf teas. The garden is a delight and the sitting room just lovely with soft music and lots to read. A great deal of love and attention has gone into the hotel. It pays off and makes the stay special. I don't want to leave. Thank you all so much.

Everything was wonderful!

This hotel is a gem with a wonderfully tranquil ambience, thanks to the magnificent garden, the terrace with fantastic views of the mountains, and the building itself that feels like a traditional house. The breakfast is also very good. The staff is excellent, so warm and friendly, and they gave me good advice on local hiking trails.

We had the fireplace room on the first floor. Furniture could use updating. There was an off odor in the room, but keeping the windows open took care it. As did the fire.

Location couldn’t be better. Friendly host. Spacious room. Fireplace with plenty of wood!

Better breakfast options for celiac disease

Very good breakfast, the garden is gorgeous, the house is old and well decorated, with a wonderfull terrace, Hervas village is a wonderful spot

Our only niggle was the bathroom had a slightly musty smell.

We loved our spacious room with a shared terrace overlooking the garden. The bed linen was crisp and fresh. Breakfast had am emphasis on locally-made products such as quince jelly and fresh pollen grains. Parking was directly outside and free!

This place is absolutely incredible. A real highlight on our Gijon - Cadiz cycle.. The hotel , the gardens, the views and the breakfast and the owner who was extremely charming blew us away....This place deserves a good few days at least. The Town is beautiful

The bed although large was a little to firm for my liking, so I did not get a particularly good nights rest.

The location and surroundings are lovely, I was met by Amos who took time to explain and show everything before taking me to my room. The breakfast is wonderful with lots to choose from as well as a very large coffee cup and freshly squeezed orange juice.

A very nicely refurbished old town villa has been turned into a guesthouse. Charming details like the old original key. But the attention to details was continued all over the place and extended into its garden. What a delightful view from the terrace or the breakfast room looking at it! Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast offering variety, local specialities and homemade jams!
