Location, views, facilities, decor and roof terrace excellent. Communication with Cristina superb. Apartment extremely comfortable and well equipped for two travelers. Great to unwind on terrace listening to church bells.

I did not mind, but it can be a problem for people with mobility issues or young children: there isn't a lift/elevator in the building. And there are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment (ours was on the 4th floor).

The apartment was very well located, it had everything you needed and more! It was very nicely decorated and suitable for short or longer stays. The host was very kind and recommended great places where we could have meals nearby. I highly recommend this apartment.

All was good!

The studio apartment was situated in an excellent position overlooking Plaza Mayor. It was extremely well equipped, with everything one could possibly need. It was very comfortable - the sofa was excellent for a cosy read of my book when it was raining outside. The view of the square was excellent as we were on the second floor. Just a note - there were a few flights of stairs if mobility is an issue. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with advice on good eating venues. We tried a few!

Nothing. This is a perfect apartment... but yes you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Location is perfect, apartment and beds comfortable, awesome deck with fabulous views! Secure outside paid parking only a few minutes walk half price of indoor garage just meters before it on same one-way road.

We stayed in Caceres for a day so we were looking for a nice apartment in the centre of the city that would enable us to see all the major sights. Glad we booked the el patio apartments. Very clean, excellent interior design and super comfortable bed! On top of this Christina, our host, shared with us tips regarding good restaurants in the area and was attentive to our needs.

Perfect location with most Caceres sights in walking distance. The accomodation a mix of traditional and modern style, we liked it much. Jorge was very friendly and provided perfect suggestions regarding restaurants. The nearby parking was well organised.

There was no electric water kettle to make tea, rest was perfect.

Everything was really nice. If you wanted to cook for yourself, the kitchen would benefit from a few more utensils, like a paring knife for fruit, or a salad bowl However, the food in Cáceres is wonderful, so you may not feel the need to cook for yourself!

This small apartment has everything we wanted. It feels newly-renovated, with built-in fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, plus a new flatscreen TV. The bedroom (of the unit we stayed in) "floats" above the pedestrian street far below. Spectacular view of the Plaza Mayor, and there is lots of sunshine. A very comfortable place to stay, and excellent communication with the owners. The rooftop terraza was an unexpected plus.

Everything was amazing. The location and the room outstanding. Jorge was 5*, always helpful and gave us some great local recomendations. We spent our Christmas here, it was lovely.

Jorge & Christina were very responsive & charming. The newly tastefully renovated apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was amazing, we enjoyed the spectacle of Plaza Mayor at the edge of the old city.

Super location on main square just across old town. Walking distance to main utilities/attractions. Modern brand new apartment/building. Had coffee, tea and bittled water. Tv has all straming swrvices (nerflix, prime, disney, etc.). Private secure parking with unlimited entry and exit nearby for 10 euros a day, provided by the host. Super nice common terrace overlooking the main square
