The food was very ordinary that we had for dinner. If it hadn't been off season we would have eaten elsewhere but there were very limited options available. This was unfortunate as we had read other reviews about the food being good, it wasn't.

This is a very basic no frills hotel but you get what you pay for. The staff are lovely and very helpful and there is secure parking on site if you require it. The beds were comfy. Breakfast is included and it is ok. We had a great coffee at the bar in the afternoon, courtesy of a lovely Australian lady working at the hotel.

They accommodated a large group reservation made at the last minute (the day before) due to an emergency change of plans. The menu dinner was not fine dining but was a good value.

We arrived just in time to check-in at 4.00pm. Woman told us that if we'd missed her we'd have had to wait until 7.00. This despite advice on their site that check-in would be 4.00pm onwards. That would have ticked me off badly.

The member of staff dealing with the few customers who had an early breakfast was not helpful or friendly.

In a vey good location just on the outer road of historic centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had requested early breakfast so we could catch a morning bus, and this was made possible.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the shower fitting was a little loose and tended to fall down, although that was partly because the shower was very powerful.

The buffet breakfast was varied and pretty good. The location was quiet and I had a nice view from my bedroom. The staff were helpful.

How hard it is to get there from Barcelona and back. Nothing to do with them!

Good food, comfortable bed. The staff helped me to arrange a taxi to Barcelona airport and warned me that I would probably miss my flight. The taxi came 10 minutes early and I made my flight. They were heros!

The corridors tend to be a bit loud due to tiling in the floor and people (other guests) talking loud in the morning. At least the loudness of the steps could be solved by putting a carpet on the floor in the corridors.

All the staff are extremely friendly. The owner personally took care that I god a silent room. The dinners are also really good and definitely the best deal you can get for the price. The hotel would deserve at least three stars.

Very old facilities. Nothing has been changed in the room since 70ies or 80ies. Broken window. It was very hard to order lunch/catch staffs attention. Staff was very distracted with themselves even though the place was almost empty.

Option to have a very early breakfast. Morning personnel were very kind. Clean room.

The optional set dinner was of great value. The 2 starters were delicious. The 2 main dishes, snails in ham stew and grilled seafood, were too salty for our taste.

ridiculously small beds and rooms. with 170 cm, my legs couldn’t fit the bed. we had a baby, and we could just fit it he baby cot into the room, but it was then impossible to get to the bathroom. very cold in the room in September (6 Celsius) and no heating at all.

breakfast was ok and the staff is friendly but you can go to a four star hotel in Benasque for the very same price in September!

Breakfast and dinner were great. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions. There is a big room to hang out.
