We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe motor of the mini fridge is our room was incredibly noisy, going on and off all night. When I reported it in the morning the receptionist already knew about it and apologised. Next time we come to stay we will ask in advance if the fridges have been sorted out or we will look for a new venue.

Czech RepublicBreakfast is still the same and not very impressive - not very good coffee, no hot food, only one type of cheese.
Hotel is nice, clean and close to the city center. Staff is very nice and supportive. All places in Ubeda can be easily reached on foot. Access by car and parking is a bit tricky first because of narrow one-way streets where navigation gets confused. But once you learn where the parking places are and how to get there, it is OK.

South Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsRoom got very warm, impacting sleep quality. Reception adjusted the temperature on the AC but it only made a slight difference. Woke in the middle of the night perspiring. Difficult getting back to sleep in the heat. I was surprised that there wasn’t a fridge and a safe in the room. It’s a four star hotel. The grout in the shower had a lot of black mould.
Good quiet location. Nice staff. Excellent WiFi. Good patio and the WiFi worked out there too. The hotel texted me, the day before I arrived, with 4 parking options nearby.
