The convent opposite is floodlit all night, which meant my room was very bright. Light sleepers - take an eye mask.

We couldn’t stay longer.

True Spanish inn, the type I was dying to stay in even before I came. A place where you eat, drink, and sleep all in one place. A place with good humour and generosity. A place with character and characters on both sides of the bar. A mix of the modern and the medieval that seems seem less in a way only the Spanish know how to do in their style.

Late dinner (from 9pm) for a couple of tired and hungry cyclists, and no other options in town - good food though.

Restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast, as well as drinks and snacks during the day. Lovely location by the Monastery and plaza. Able to store our bicycles.

It was all good.

El Rinćon is in a beautifully restored building on the corner of the square dominated my the San Salvador monastery. Our room, number 3, was the best room and looked directly across to the Monasterie. We had a very friendly welcome and enjoyed a beer and coffee in the bar on arrival. Our room and bathroom were quite small but very clean and very recently decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the heating was excellent. It was a cold January night. The chef was off but the proprietor cooked dinner for us which we ate in the bar with all the locals chatting away. In the morning the same friendly member of staff who greeted us made us breakast which we really enjoyed. Very good coffee and toast and cheese. Also very good wine with our meal for just €1.8 per glass. This is a great place to stop over in a very interesting town in a beautiful mountain region. Very good price and we would stay here again. Easy parking outside. Recommended.

Nothing. We liked everything.

It was all very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Although Breakfast was not included there was a very nice choice of food available at the bar in the morning, so we had coffee and snacks with the locals. El Rincon seems to be a social centre for the village. Booking it again soon.

The hotel situated near the church and the bells of the clock in the church rings every 15min very loud.Moreover, each day at 7am the truck comes to take out the trash from the trash cans that are located near the hotel,thus it is a lot of noise in the morning.

The hotel is in the city center and near by there is place to park. There are many nice towns to see near.

Room was above the outside seating area/bar entrance, and could be a little noisy at times. This could be overcome if a quiet room is asked for

Staff were friendly and helpful and overcame any language barriers with a smile. Great location. Room clean and tidy. Food and drink good value for money. Owners arranged for motorcycle to be parked in their garage overnight.

No bar, no restaurant, no heating, cold breakfast of cakes in packets. Coffee & "Hot" milk that had been out since 7pm the previous evening, so cold. Apparently, Ramon had asked Booking.com for our contact details so he could call us to tell us they were basically closed. However, Booking.Com would not give him our phone number. So as angry with them as disappointed with the fact that there was nowhere to eat. There was no staff in the hotel either, so we had the responsibility of locking the doors!!

Rooms were OK, location in the middle of the town. Ramon, I think the owner was OK.

We chose the location for the distance to the ferry the next day but what a great place! It's a small town, but was really busy when we arrived on a Sunday. The owner let us park the motorbike in his garage. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel was great. And what a fantastic ride to get there, with amazing mountain views!
