Mariluz was very helpful she met us at the parking and took us to the apartment. She suggested some good restaurants close to the apartment. The apartment was lovley perfect location for discovering cadiz.

An excellent short stay in the historic centre of Cadiz in a beautifully organised, very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The apartment is newly decorated and Mariluz has thought of providing everything you should need. Even two dog bowls for our dog! Perfect for a couple. She is very helpful with information of the area and met us at the garage to park our car which costs 18euros per day. Slightly pricy but none the less, convenient. I also recommend doing a walking tour of the historic quarters if it’s your first visit.

Had a small issue with the bedroom A/C but not a biggie. Would have preferred on site parking. No recycle bin, please supply as had to bring all plastic & cans home to recycle 🤪

Apartment itself was lovely & with beautiful decor. It was quiet & very central to the old town. Water in fridge, coffee etc was all supplied 👍

Everything was fine.

Host was extremely welcoming and the possibility to rent a parking place was appreciated. The apartment is on the ground floor, very well located in the city centre nearby plenty of restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Still, it is quiet inside. The apartment is well furnished and has everything one needs, bonus points for providing a washing detergent which is usually missing in most of the places we have stayed at unfortunately. Everything worked well and the host was answering promptly. I would totally recommend this place.

The apartment looked onto an inner courtyard but had a well furnished patio we could have used if the weather had been warmer. In any case we had to look way up to determine the weather outside but surely that is the case for most homes in this dense area. It was a such a small consideration.

The apartment was just perfect; spacious, comfortable furniture, excellent lighting, amazingly well equipped kitchen, and quiet! Mariluz supplied everything clients would need to actually cook, even the little things like ties for opened bags, paper towels, cling wrap, cleaning supplies for the washing machine etc and big things like a full sized refrigerator. It saved us from buying packages we couldn't use up but needed. The location was so convenient to the Caleta Beach, oceanside Promenades, the central market, many plazas, historic buildings, centuries old churches, the cathedral and lots of grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, and charming narrow streets with pedestrians only! What a relief spending so much time with no contact with cars. We were in Cadiz for Semana Santa (Easter week) and it was marvellous to join thousands of others to watch and be thrilled by the elaborate procession floats of religious scenes and figures. They were moved about the narrow streets by about 60 men under each one, walking slowly!!! We loved Cadiz from the start and Mariluz and her apartment were a significant factor in our comfort and enjoyment.

Everything was very good ;)

we liked it very much and we recommend it for couples. it is very clean and very cozy and well decorated. it is clean, there’s a nice terraza inside, no views but very nice to have a wine and relax! Marilyn was very close and helpful The flat is much better than in the pictures and there are lots of kitchen utensils if you wanna prepare your meals and breakfast

Mariluz made everything about my stay a pleasure! Upon booking the apartment, she immediately contacted me to arrange a time to meet me, and was there waiting when I arrived. The apartment is in a lovely area of Cadiz which is located close to the major attractions. My stay was short but wonderful - comfortable bed, and lots of room to just take it easy... Highly recommend!

There was a very strong smell of sewage in the bedroom and bathroom, and valiant attempts had been made to disguise this by using a number of air fresheners and diffusers. Other guests have reported this over the last couple of years, and it has been passed-off as being due to a sewer problem in a nearby street. I do not believe that to be the case, however. Having previously renovated a property that had experienced ongoing internal sewerage overflows, I think it is much more likely to be an internal issue - perhaps a leak from the property above that has permeated into the bedroom and bathroom walls. Either way, it is very unpleasant. Perhaps more unpleasant were the two cockroaches we discovered in the flat, however. My partner stood on one of them with her bare feet! Two doesn't constitute an infestation, but it was enough to cause us to feel uncomfortable. Overall, this is a lovely property, but it needs some remedial work to resolve the source of the stench and hopefully address the bugs. Until that is completed, we wouldn't venture back.

Bed and sofa-bed not very comfortable. Ensuite bathroom rather than a family bathroom. No extra pillows or blankets.
