I would have liked access to an iron, but it's not really a negative for the accommodation as a whole.

Although the check-in was all done remotely (no staff to meet you at the door, hence why my score on the 'staff' score was 3/4), once you'd got used to doing everything electronically on the app, it was easy to follow and use. There were also WhatsApp messages with plenty of information as well to support the app. The location was insane, right next to the aqueduct and a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town (depending on how many photos you were taking!). The room was exceptional; plenty of space, modern fixtures including a posh bath in the corner of the room!, water in the fridge, air con, modern bathroom, great lighting, etc.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra night, and they rearranged their bookings so we could stay in the same room without having to move. Response times were quick and thorough! Highly recommend! Very quiet, clean room, and great location!

Not a fan of lock system. Don't like had to load an app. Parking was horrible. Was several blocks from site. Drove around trying to find a open spot. When one finally opened up it was like we had grease the car to get in. Nerve wrecking. So in my opinion no parking.

Room attractive. Roomy. Great location for sights and restaurants. Bed was great. Nice touch with coffee and tea and water. Fell in love with sink.

the shower. i think it's in general a bad idea to only have the top showerhead without a hose and the bed was quite small for us (I'm 1.90)

Bit hard to locate as miss got a bit confused!

Looked exactly as in photos. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was amazing and great communication from the owner. The app we used to access the property was excellent

The only slight problem was that the Google Location the staff sent through WhatsApp was incorrect by 8 minutes walk.

Excellent place. Good decor. Aircon on when we got in on a boiling day. Spotless and fantastically located right next to the Aqueduct. Definitely recommend. Friendly staff via WhatsApp.

The apartment was of a very good standard. All the check in and key/access is done via an app and is very simple to use. The location is in a quiet area a few minutes walk away from old town and only a few metres from the aqueduct.
