We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast and dinner buffet choices were extremley good, plenty of options. The staff all exceeded with the customer service and were very friendly and couteous. The rooms were very well presented and very clean. The pool terrace was laid out so it was never overcrowded.

Location was great a small walk into Palma Novia which we knew about. The staff were very helpful, giving us tips for our trip into Palma, they were pleasant to deal with. The breakfast had a great selection to suit everyone. The staff at the Restaurant The Bow were very friendly the night we eat there. Overall we had a great stay, we will return

Everything was fabulous. The hotel is just gorgeous, so clean and really calm. We would've been happy to not even venture outside of the hotel during our stay because even though it wasn't super hot, sitting by the pool in the sun was just the perfect temperature. The food was really good too and a great price. Breakfast and dinner buffets are massive.

The property was very clean! The staff were very warm & helpful. The hotel restaurants also offered a good variety of food. The location is just perfect if you want to go to Magaluf or tour palmanova. Close to the bus stop bringing you to Palma city aswell.

IrelandThe air conditioner in the room is still in Winter mode so the rooms were very warm. It was so warm I could not sleep properly with the heat. Even with the window open, it was still too warm. I hope to return in the future but only when the air conditioner is working.
The location was absolutely stunning. So relaxing. The breakfast was beautiful, lots of selection. The rooms are very modern and clean.

Beautiful resort! Immaculately clean, and the staff very welcoming. Food was excellent along with sea view room. Great value for money and exceeded our expectations. GermanyHere are a view points I feel need improving: - The water at breakfast (Drinking water, coffee machine, Tea-Water) was tapwater and tasted awful, full of chlorine. - coffee at breakfast from the machine is not good - The Wellness area is much too expensive for what you get (€15 for 1h), which includes 1 sauna, 1 Turkish bath (basically a much too cold steam room) and 1 pool with a small jacuzzi. The water wasn't very warm. Would not recommend using the wellness area. - The room-doors are not very soundproof. You can hear everything going on in the hallway. - There is no door to close to the on-suite bathroom/toilet.
Absolutely amazing view, friendly staff, great food, clean hotel. We will definitely be coming again!

GermanyI didn't like that the walls are very thin and you can hear even the smallest sound from the next room. We could even hear the normal conversation of the married couple in the room next to us.The second thing we consider is the lack of a brush for cleaning the toilet salt.It is very unpleasant when you enter behind anyone and you find dirty toilet salt.Very unusual that such a small but very important thing is missing in such a modern hotel.And one more minus, there is no room service during the night. If you are hungry after half past ten at night there is nothing to eat or order.Very unusual.We had to order food delivery outside the hotel. I don't consider this a big drawback, I just want to help future guests
The room is large, the balcony is large with two deckchairs where you can sunbathe.The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very practical.The food was fresh and varied.The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly.The pools are fantastic.We were there at the beginning of March and we were able to swim in the pool on the roof, which is heated by the polar light.Every morning we had fresh peslikira.apart from a few minor complaints, I still highly recommend this hotel.The view is fantastic.Breakfast with a view of the ocean and the game of seagulls is beautiful. The hotel is huge.Very nicely designed and arranged.You can make many beautiful photos. There is a dress code for visiting the restaurant.Two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Comfortable sunbeds.The view of the ocean is fantastic both in the morning and in the evening.
