We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs we were on floor 2, on arrival we were not told that the lift in reception did not go to floor 2! we walked around for 15 minutes through the car park and had to ask a few staff. Floor 2 is accessible via the lift on the pool deck! I think we should have been informed of this. Also, we paid for half board. Breakfast was very good however dinner was very restricted. As I am vegetarian I would have liked more options than just salad, chips and pizza. For people who d eat meat you are catered for. We also presumed that we would at least get water at dinner, unfortunately this was not the case. We ordered drinks and 2 seconds later were provided a bill. It seemed a little poor from this point as we had to pay before we left, I think this needs to be looked a. The pool attendant was also very quick at taking towels from beds. There were a few times when guests had left personal items ( obviously away at lunchtime) and their towels were removed so when they returned they had no sunbed towels. I saw this happen quite alot so maybe something can be done there.
The view from the room was fabulous. We were on floor 2 so overlooked the sea. Amenities and location were excellent, beautiful hotel. Hotel staff ( especially the lady on the help desk) were lovely Pool area very clean Rooms are very spacious and really nice A nice little bonus were the straw hats, which were worn.

Wonderful location. 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from night life but far enough away. A real quiet scenic hidden gem over looking the Mediterranean sea.

Breakfast and dinner buffet choices were extremley good, plenty of options. The staff all exceeded with the customer service and were very friendly and couteous. The rooms were very well presented and very clean. The pool terrace was laid out so it was never overcrowded.

Location was great a small walk into Palma Novia which we knew about. The staff were very helpful, giving us tips for our trip into Palma, they were pleasant to deal with. The breakfast had a great selection to suit everyone. The staff at the Restaurant The Bow were very friendly the night we eat there. Overall we had a great stay, we will return

Everything was fabulous. The hotel is just gorgeous, so clean and really calm. We would've been happy to not even venture outside of the hotel during our stay because even though it wasn't super hot, sitting by the pool in the sun was just the perfect temperature. The food was really good too and a great price. Breakfast and dinner buffets are massive.

IrelandThe air conditioner in the room is still in Winter mode so the rooms were very warm. It was so warm I could not sleep properly with the heat. Even with the window open, it was still too warm. I hope to return in the future but only when the air conditioner is working.
The location was absolutely stunning. So relaxing. The breakfast was beautiful, lots of selection. The rooms are very modern and clean.
