We found the hotel a little difficult to find as we were looking for Ercilla. This name is not shown. Otherwise all lovely.

Lovely hotel, beautifully situated. Friendly helpful staff. Made our little dog very welcome. Provided a bed for her and a welcome box of treats. Such a lovely thought.

It is very hard to find something to improve but if I have to do it - breakfast bufet could have better yogurt and cereals selection and better fruit for those who do nat eat ham and bacon

The room had the best see view I could imagine for this trip. The room was very spacious and very well designed. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly with a lot of can do attitude

Beautiful property near marina and great to explore all of Bilbao by metro . Highly recommended. Staff were so lovely and helpful always . We will be visiting again very soon

Underground parking a little challenging with larger car but no worse than elsewhere.

Beautiful location. Comfortable and spacious room and nicely decorated. Amazing view. Parking available on site. Reasonably priced decent restaurant on site with indoor or outdoor seating. Lovely common areas. Easy walk to local dining. Easy walk to tram into Bilbao. Quiet. Loved the porthole window in bathroom.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay. The hotel is charming and I loved the decor. Great restaurant in the gardens and a covered restaurant downstairs. Food was fabulous and the crowd was delightful. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and service.

The room was quaint with huge windows. Every amenity imaginable. What really made the trip was the quality of the staff and an exceptional restaurant. There is a reason why locals are present from morning until evening in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we've had in Spain. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

The location is great, right next to the promenade, near the beach and also close to the city. We had a room with sea view. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant is exquisite, we had a lovely lunch. Highly recommended. Staff is very friendly.

There was nothing to dislike.

Comfortable bed- large room with garden views-plush shower room/loo-very pleasant and well trained staff, and extremely helpful in guiding us round the town via the tourist maps. All the front of house staff spoke good English. An excellent breakfast was provided, and we had 2 good meals in the restaurant. The location, on the promenade along the bay, was also superb.

Very minor: it would have been nice to have an iron or a steamer to press your own clothes. We had an issue with laundry since we were traveling through Spain for a while and would have liked to have an less expensive way to do laundry.

The view was amazing! The room and bathroom was very large with a keyhole window in the bathroom! The staff was friendly, helpful, and eager to please! We enjoyed the walk-ability of the area, the bike trails, the transportation options; the general area is beautiful!

Room was hot. Heat didn’t seem to work right so we used the windows.

The man working your front desk the last two mornings is possibly the friendliest, most helpful staff I’ve ever met in a hotel. Thank you!
