Couldn’t recommend this property enough. There was 5 of us staying here and we had more than enough room it was spotless and had everything we needed, staff were so friendly and helpful too. And only short walk from city centre which was ideal

Went on a trip with my friends, and we spent one night here on our last day in Madrid/Spain. The location was perfect for what we needed - close to Gran Via so very accessible to shopping, bars and restaurants. We had a smooth and easy check-in experience. We reached there early (around 12 noon), and were prepared to leave our luggage there until the check-in time, but they said the apartment had just been cleaned and offered to check us in early at no extra cost. They were so great! I also loved that they offered luggage storage - which many apartments/aparthotels don't. The apartment itself looks quite chic, with the open brick walls. It's pretty spacious for a two bedroom apartment in Europe. The master bedroom is quite lovely, with views out on the street. The second room had no views but was adequate. We all had a good night's sleep, so comfortable beds and lighting. The bathroom was clean, hot water, good water pressure. Given we were there only for one night, we didn't really use the kitchen or any other facilities, so can't comment on those. Altogether, this was perfect for what we wanted - a clean and comfortable one night stay in Madrid with easy access to shops and restaurants. Lovely front desk staff..Would definitely recommend this place!

The location and comfort were great. There is every opportunity. Salvador at the reception took very good care of us.We thank him very, very much. He patiently answered all your questions until we got home. He always supported us even when we were at home.

We were promissed early check-in, confirmed with an email received beforehand. Upon our arrival we were told that the apartment wasn’t ready. This was the only negative experience we have encountered at EricVokel.

Our apartment was unusually quiet. The mattresses were great. The staff was outstanding, and check-in was easy. The washer/dryer worked perfectly. And our apartment had a huge outdoor patio with chairs and a table. For us, the best part was the location. It was much less touristy than other parts of the city but had great restaurants, coffee shops, and cocktail bars. It’s also very close to a Metro station.

Amazing location in a really cool neighborhood and steps from the Metro and tons of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was modern and spacious with a full kitchen including washer/dryer.

On the negative side, the water heater in the bathroom can be loud when you switch on the heat. The design is Scandinavian inspired and thus might cater to taller people. The sink is rather high and the shower head as well, maybe the latter can be adjustable?

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was also well equipped with kitchen appliances and tableware. It would be ideal for a longer stay! The location is great but could be noisy at times, but that is part of the Madrid centro experience.

The traffic noise and the bin collections at the midnight hour is a big issue when living at the first floor.

Very convenient location. Next to Noviciado Metro station. Walk to Calle Gran Vía only take few minutes.

On the return we stayed 1 night in a duplex there the room with single beds the beds were creaky and shaky .I wish they informed us that we can replenish the dishwasher and washing machine soap and would be great if they showed us how to use the appliances . But these are not negative points just suggestions for improvement .

If you travel in a group of 5 or more, I would suggest to reserve the biggest room downstairs as long as it‘s available. Some smaller apartments, which are also destined for groups of 5 or more, were a bit tight esp. when you unfold the sofa bed.

The apartment is marvelously well-located, at least for our first and short time visit in Madrid. The shopping street Gran Via is not so far away, you can find generally every kind of restaurants you need in Malasaña neighborhood and the subway stop is there nearby as well, in case you‘re planning to look around a bit further. The apartment is supplied with all necessary equipments as well, from cooking utensils to ironing board, washing machine, basically everything. The staffs are very helpful and generous. Nan, Alex and Salvador catered to all of our needs during our stay there. I would definitely come back to this apartment next time I visit Madrid, for sure!
