The after hours self-service check-in program was not user-friendly! … would not accept passport no.,DOB etc. We had to phone the after hours emergency number to obtain a key to our apartment.

Staff were very helpful, including Salvador, who facilitated a room change and booked a taxi for our departure.

After a long day of sightseeing, we went to bed early at 10 pm but got awaken by 10:30 pm by a call from the night staff about being loud and disturbing other guests. I was a bit annoyed when he kept on asking if our music or TV set is loud after I already responded that we’re not having a party. Surely, he can hear that there was no loud noises in the background during the call. Although inconvenient, I still would recommend this place.

It’s very clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff are very attentive to our requests (we complained that the bedrooms were a bit warm and they immediately sent someone to fix it). Great customer service from Alejandro and Salvador.

Some minor inconveniences - if addressed would make the property perfect. It would be super helpful to have a long/tall dressing mirror. There are mirrors above the sinks but you cannot see your entire outfit. Secondly towel hooks in the hallway shower. His shower has an awkward design but is usable, however there are no hooks to hang towel or clothes.

The property was beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. All the necessary amenities to get started were provided: dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning towels, body wash and shampoo.

Modern and comfortable apartment that has everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Great Location . Close to train station and less than a 10 minute walk to Via Grande . Numerous supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. Salvador ,at the front desk, was very helpful and accomodating. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

There were no instruction details for the stove, oven or dishwasher. Google was not very handy trying to find instructions.

Easy late night check in. Bed was comfy. All amenities in kitchen etc. Coffee & tea in room. AC worked well. Staff very helpful. Walking distance to Gran Via, Metro at the door step.

I realy wish we could stay there longer. the host left us some cold beers in the fridge and it was a perfect treat for a warm day. such a nice apartment in such a nice neighborhood! The terrace was a great bonus. Cant wait to go there again

We were given an ADA bathroom, which was not what I requested. There was a constant buzzing alarm sound nearby that you could hear.

The rooms were spacious and decor was modern. The kitchen had plenty of amenities. We used the washing machine and drying rack the most. We were gifted a tote bag with a bag of chips inside. There was complimentary drinks in the fridge.
