Excellent small hotel with beautiful garden and very tastefully decorated interior. Owners Carl and Jose (and their dog Samba) are great and friendly and you can really see that they have put their heart and soul into the place. Breakfast was fantastic (as it is a small place then there is no fixed menu but they will prepare a superb breakfast for you based on your requests). Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean. Sineu itself is a small village/town but there were some good restaurants and as it is more or less exactly in the middle of Mallorca then it was a very good point for our daily trips. Carl also gave us some good tips for our itinerary. We stayed only for 2 nights but would gladly stay there longer. Can absolutely recommend it as a good "base" when exploring Mallorca.

We had a lovely stay at Es Picarol. The house is beautiful, immaculate and charming. Breakfasts were delicious and Carl and Jose could not have been more welcoming, attentive and kind. The location is perfect for strolling out for a drink or restaurant. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well furnished. Carl and Jose were the perfect hosts giving us tips about places to visit and restaurants. The extra bonus is the company of their gorgeous dog Samba. We were the last guests of the season and certainly hope to be back. Highly recommended!

We had such a good time staying at Es Picarol. It was amazing to, for a little while, be a part of José, Carl and Samba’s world. They have done such an amazing job transforming the villa into a fantastic “home away from home”. We felt comfortable right away and had a beautiful room. The bed is incredible and all the little details in the room and the rest of the house is stunning. The best part was the personal touch throughout the whole stay - from the morning talks and help to what to see on the Island, the beautiful and tasty breakfast and Samba, their dog. Thank you so much for four fantastic days. And we still owe you a picture of our beautiful goodbye present.

We had an amazing time staying at Carl and José's (+ Samba the dog) place in Sineu. The building is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We only stayed two days and were sad to leave. If you're looking for somewhere super relaxing to stay, we 100% recommend their beautiful place. Oh and the breakfast was delicious!

Our stay at "Es Picarol Sineu" was truly remarkable. It began with the delightful personalized breakfast and the amazing tasteful decor that set the ambiance just right. Carl and José's exceptional hospitality, along with the friendly presence of their dog Samba, made us feel like cherished guests. What made our experience even more extraordinary was their thoughtful recommendations for exploring Mallorca, which led us to uncover hidden treasures such as unique galleries and less-traveled spots, enhancing our vacation. Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like about the property and our stay--in fact, I loved everything about it. It's a place you can go and put your mind to rest--just focus on enjoying your holiday.

José and Carl, the proprietors (and cooks and cleaners and everything else), love this property and it shows--it is truly an exceptional, soulful place to stay. They have much to be proud of. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The breakfasts are outstanding and made to order. The hotel's common areas are lovely too. And the hotel is well situated in the centre of the island, making it easy to get anywhere you want to go. José and Carl care for their place and business and guests, and they are always there to provide whatever help is needed. Honestly, you could not ask for more. We are well travelled, and Es Picarol Sineu is one of the finest and warmest places we've ever stayed. I can't recommend it enough--it also happens to be a good value! And their dog, Samba, is always excited to see you too!

We had an amazing stay at Es Picarol. The hotel is very authentic and beautiful and has such a charm. The owners Carl, Jòse and their dog Samba run the hotel, and they are so wonderful and caring, they go out of their way to make you feel special. They make you feel home in every way and we really had the best joyful moments at Es Picarol. Carl and Jose does makes the most stunning breakfast and coffee each morning with passion and love. Seriously it’s the best breakfast you will ever taste. We will definitely come back one day.

Our stay at Es Picarol was exquisite - much much more incredible than we could have ever expected! José and Carl are the best hosts we met, their kindness and attention made our stay unforgettable. From the perfect and tasty breakfasts to the wonderful room, decoration, everything was perfect! The hosts definitely made the stay very special. Their attention to detail is to another level and the entire place is very tastefully decorated. It's almost like every piece of decoration they have in the place has a story behind it. You absolutely must try their breakfast - absolutely delicious! And their lovely dog, Samba, also made us feel very welcome.

Es Picarol Sineu exceeded our expectations! Carl and Jose were the loveliest hosts (and Samba the dog)! Carl waited for us to arrive late at night by the door to make sure we found the hotel ok which was so appreciated and Jose's breakfasts were amazing. They both gave us great recommendations for Sineu and the island. The villa was also so beautiful and we loved hearing about the history of it. We will 100% be back!

Our stay at Es Picarol was truly fantastic. Carl and Jose are incredibly friendly and hospitable, they make you feel so welcome as from the moment you step inside. Their home is very charming, they both have an exquisite taste; an enormous sense for detail, style and design. Each item comes with a personal story which is inspirational to hear. The bed: a 10. The breakfast: absolutely beyond magnificent. Dog Samba: only love. All in all, Es Picarol is a gem and provides an atmosphere that is hard to leave. We loved Es Picarol Sineu. The hotel is absolutely charming, the owners are beyond kind and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The breakfast was one of the highlights as well as the lovely village of Sineu. This is the best of hotel we have been in staying in a long time, and plan to go back. They deserve five stars!

We loved our stay at Es Picarol. Our room was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the views onto the distant mountains. Carl and Jose made us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast was amazing - all freshly made and served at the table. The property is beautifully kept by the hosts, and has a lot of original features each with their own story. The large shared terrace was a great bonus, it has the sun nearly all day, and great views too. We very much appreciated Carl and Jose's recommendations for trips and hikes, which were perfect for us, and were places we would not have found by ourselves.

A centrally located old building renovated with love and care. Interior design full of interesting and exciting details. Decorated with good taste and artistic eye. Lovely garden and roof terrace. Our studio was spacious and spotless, the beds comfortable. The hosts, Carl and Jose, genuinely helpful and friendly. We also loved to have their gentle dog, Samba, around. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Any restaurant would die for such innovation as Jose's avocado bread. On a five star scale Es Picarol Sineu is in many ways of six star quality.
