Staff/service: staff are all friendly and nice, but as someone who paid $1,000 euros for one night, my expectation is high. My main issue with them is the villa we stayed at, the first night after our long journey from Palma, we did not have hot water. I called front desk, someone came, couldn’t fix it. He was apologetic and nice, so no issue. Next morning, I dropped by the front desk and brought up the issue. They didn’t think it’s a big deal, and said they are working on the issue. The guy I spoke to, did not apologize or make any offer to make me feel better. Another lady heard our conversation and stepped in, also didn’t apologize, just shrugged and looked at me like “what do you want me to do?” I mean, saying sorry would be a good start. I am from Canada, and worked in the hotel industry before. I am not sure maybe it’s the cultural differences. In North America, apology and offering solution to the upset guest is definitely required. From all the interactions I had with the staff, servers, bell boy, front desk, everyone is nice, but the things they do or say definitely have more room for improvement as a 5-star establishment.

Restaurant: breakfast is included. It is very healthy and has lots of choices you can also order separately besides the buffet breakfast (no extra charge). Lunch and dinner is pricey, food is not bad, you should at least try it for once. Service wise, a bit disorganized, servers are friendly and nice. But they tend to forget things or mix orders up. I once waited 25min just for my coffee, and I nearly lost my cool. Expect to have a long wait for your food or even take your order.

I was looking for a place to relax and connect with myself and nature away from the daily stress and rush and everything about this property was beyond perfection and absolutely met my expectations! I had one of my best days here. We stayed at the junior suite, the room is spacious and very comfy with the minimalist design. The room was clean and neat. Every morning we joined the meditation and yoga class and it was so good. The hotel also offer some great activities such as conscious walk to a view point which was the highlight of our trip as you meditate at the top of the mountain during sunset. When it comes to food, the restaurant area is charming especially in the morning. Breakfast was pretty good but the lunch&dinner menu needs some more options especially for vegetarian. Spa and the pool area were also amazing. In short, the property is very special, if you love the idea of staying close to nature and enjoying the daily life in a slow pace I highly recommend this hotel and we are definitely going to come back !

We decided to go for its design and Es Racó d’ Artà is even more beautiful in real life. The staff is very welcoming, breakfast is outstanding, the restaurant offers good food, and the spa is relaxing.

The food served for dinner was good but our expectation was for better than good, based on everything else we experienced. Also the check in and check out process is not as seamless as it should be for a five star hotel. Both easy things to fix! I would definitely recommend this property for a luxury stay in a quiet setting!

This is a beautiful property that is tucked away yet still close the beautiful town of Arta and the beaches. The pool area has gorgeous views and is so peaceful. The property has e-bikes available for a ride to the beach or into town. We did not utilize the spa but I imagine it to be as lovely as the facilities. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant for dinner was set on a tree covered patio overlooking the property. The wait staff was extremely attentive.

We read lots of complaints about the kitchen. It’s correct that it could be improved to reach the level of a five star hotel, but it is nonetheless a good kitchen and food remains really good. The breakfast buffet is nice but should offer a broader offer

Sometimes the services was slow at the restaurants during busy times. I had to remind the staff of certain things I ordered multiple times. They were apologetic and gracious.

I don’t want to say that the food was bad, because it wasn’t, it was amazing. I think in comparison to all other things I described above, it was actually something that I would improve especially breakfast card (eggs and pancakes) and drinks by the pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing though (selection of fresh fruits, local cheese etc). I am a very picky eater and always have the highest expectations when it comes to food. I was expecting it to be the best or one of the best part of the stay, in the end I can say it wasn’t the most exciting one. I was happy to enjoy other things.

The object is absolutely stunning, interior design is out of the world, nature around is breathtaking. I loved the staff, the pool, the casita was amazing, very spacious and designed with amazing taste in every smallest detail. Meditation and yoga classes was a nice addition to our stay and we were super happy to attend the classes everyday. The space for activities were also very beautiful. Staff was super helpful and very professional. Definietly a place to come back and will be happy to recommend it.
