- Dining room is small and crowded. Tables are very close to each other. Crowd at the drink machines, crowd at the food counter. I would have preferred to wait more before entering. - Weird watery dessert creams, overcooked soft vegetables, soft french fries, etc. Not really tasty, rather acceptable. - Pool and jacuzzi water is too cold. - A wristband must be worn due to the meal board type. - Rusty bathtub.

- Tasty coffee at breakfast. surprised. - They also speak English at the reception and they are kind.

I didn’t like the accessibility. The entry of the hotel has stairs. No other way ti enter. It makes it really difficult for baby trollies, and i would say impossible for wheel chairs.

I had room 525, with a balcony and a great view of the sea.

Breakfast is a filthy free for all. Facilities were sad. The hotel onetop Olympic which is adjacent was much nicer for the same cost. Staff was whatever. Too many kids on camp staying to make it even a consideration to spend anytime at the hotel. Lackluster at best.

Ehh… nothing great but it was close to the beach. Staff was forgettable. Shower was broken upon check in. Breakfast was terrible. A million punk kids acting rudely. You can find better.

More seating by the pool and terrace bar. In 4 days, I managed to get a seat/bed by the pool once and even then someone tried to take it whilst I nipped to the bar for a drink. Paying all inclusive prices and cannot even sit around the pool is a shame. I ended up having to the beach a lot and paying for sunbeds there.

The food was good and always hot which is a positive. My bedroom was at the back of the hotel, so was quiet.

Our card to the room didn’t work 5/7 days and we had to go and get it deactivated almost every day after breakfast. They also just took our towels without leaving new ones so we had to go ask for that as well. The shower head has very low pressure and they didn’t leave new toilet paper when needed either. Very unhealthy breakfast. The rest of the room was properly cleaned tho and the balcony was nice.

we liked that the staff were all very polite. There was an abundance of food all day every day - not all to our taste but nevertheless the variety was very good. we liked the pool and the all inclusive bar and we liked that we had our room made up every day amd fresh towels. we were also given complimentary shampoo and shower gel each day

Our room was cleaned everyday, and we got new towels every time. The staff were okay. The breakfast was ok, not the best. Dinner was not the best, but it got better every day, so overall we were satisfied. :) The only thing that was a little bit annoying that the walls are so thin that you can hear everything, and I really mean everything, even someone's sexy time 😅 overall we had a good time there, because it was cheap but good enough! Keep in mind, you can't expect a 5 star hotel if you pay for a 3 star one!

We asked for a king sized bed, but we got a 3 separated bed. The walls was very very thin, on our last night came one family with two children and a dog. They left the room and left the dog alone.. the dog was so scared, he barked 3 hours straight after 10 pm. We went to recepcionst and he told as hat he cant do anything... but all together the hotel is great value for the money you pay.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!!! The rooms are terrible, very little space, there is no refrigerator in the rooms. Also in the evening, vacationers have no place to rest, they are kicked out from everywhere, they cannot sit on the pool - this is the first time I have seen this. The bar is also terrible, at 23:15 they won’t serve you alcohol as they want to go home.

The rooms were really tired and it very clean. Breakfast, there weren’t enough machines so there were always long queues. You can’t pre book parking and we were motorcyclists.

Wasn’t able to see my room in advance. Noisy in evenings, no supervision of areas. Had to tell visitors at 1:00 am to stop making noise. Had to tell visitor to close their door, noisy when 12 people in room are talking at same time. No towels at pool, no coffee offered etc.
